M & L in replacament of existing old unsv earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full lenght of earth plate, 40mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI watering pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, complete all as per SSR with PCC chamber, 50mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 80mm c/c both way, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part I complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in the rates quoted).

Supply and fixing in replacement of existing old un-serviceable GI Earth continuity conductor of size 32 x 6 mm fixed to wall with PVC saddles and screws and batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for recasting of damaged PCC chamber earth pit covers, 50 mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 80mm c/c both way as specified in SSR Part-I including providing funnel complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for replacement of existing UNSV sign board with new sign board of size of 6 x 4 feet box type in cuboid shape made out of acrylic sheet on both side framed with stainless steel pipe including writing alphabatic letters of height 150 mm computerised with refelctive sheets providing LED 20 Watts tube light fitting - 02 Nos inside the box to be made all as directed and fixed with stainless steel pipe heavy duty 50 mm dia and to be fixed outside the installations including making all electric connections using 4 sqmm multi stranded aluminium cable as required at site duly burried in ground along with required PCC and top of the sign board should be 2.3 mtr above GL complete all as directed and specified. Note: Excavation, PCC removing extra soil etc. is deemed to be included in the rates quoted

Clearing of bushes/small plants upto root level around and surroundings areas E/M installations (i.e. Two Pole/ Four structures, outdoor-substation yards & other Misc E/M installations etc.) soft and loose soil including surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and removing debris to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as directed

Taking down existing old U/s panel board with all accessories and Supply, installing, erecting, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested LT Panel board, Out door type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminum busbars 2 installed on porcelain/SMC insulators and all inter connection between main busbars as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminum busbar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual out going feeders. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 56 class protection and made of 3 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, bottom channel of size: 70x40x5 mm powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front / back opening type, fixing 2 Nos. danger notice plate with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT panel etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej(Freedom) stranded lock, internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLSH cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 1.5 Sqmm. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 30 cm above the nearest ground level. complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 25 to 400Sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches/ ducts outside the Bldg inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size Aluminum lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary PCC foundation with plastering to the Panel board, All out going feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate/ glands. The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint and taking out of old Skelton type panel with control switches complete all as specified and directed. Taking down/out old UNSV cable and Supply and Laying in floor/trenches or fixed on pole/wall XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 70 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out old UNSV cable and Supply and Laying in floor/trenches or fixed on pole/wall XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 35 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out old UNSV cable and Supply and Laying in floor/trenches or fixed on pole/wall XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated, bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 25 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for laying for cables etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including removal of sand, bricks/PCC covers laid for cable proectioncomplete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement reinforce precast concrete cable cover LV type 2 ISI Marked flat of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for local fine sand cushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable, 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and punned down complete all as directed
