Fixed cost: Deployment of staff for operation and maintenance of 2 MGD ammonia removal plant at P-6 ranney well. The details are as follows :- 1. for Operation of plant: Shift Incharge (1 No. per shift=3 Nos.), Chlorine operator ( 1 No. per shift=03 Nos.), Beldar (2 nos per shift =6 Nos.) 2. For Maintenance during day time : Supervisor/Foreman =1 No., Fitter= 2 No., Electrician=2 No., Beldar/Peon =4 Nos.

(Variable cost for maintenance of equipment) All type of electrical & Mechnical Maintenance work i.e Overhauling of Pump, Motors, Ozonator, Chrorinator, Dosing pumps, Ammonia Analyser, Chlorine Analyser, flow meters, Electrical Panel, Bio filter tanks, Replacement of electrical/Mech. Spares/Fittings, including all the major & Minor works to run the plant,etc. as and when required during the O&M work. (Payment made in proportion to volume of treated water)

(Vairable cost for consumables /chemicals) Clear/ treated water Production per day including all consumable chemicals, Bio Culture, media & chlorine for treatment of ammonia water maximum upto 10mg/ltr(10 PPM) ammonia content to reduce it to less than equal to 0.5mg/ltr(0.5 PPM). Production Cost per month clear/treated water as per standards specified (i.e. Drinking Water IS:10500 with up-to-date amendments, if any) (2 MGD per day or 730 MGD per year or 1462 MGD for 24 months.) (Payment made in proportion to volume of treated water)
