M & L for painting on old painted surface of LT Panel/Feeder Piller Box by brushing after cleaning stain & grease spot with thinner and sand papar and painting the cleaned surface with synthetic enamel paint as existing colour to acheive good finish by applying two coat paint by spray painting machine carefully after disconnection of power supply and covering the meters, indicators, relays and switches to prevent fall of paint drop on them & including writing, numbering, letter etc with white paint on newly painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode4 mm GI earth lead 32 X 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of GI or steel and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, testing on completion including PCC cover and frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in earthing pit, MS funnel with wire mesh GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for the protection of GI wire from earth pit to earth point complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 5 SSR Part-I. Taking out carefully the LT cable from LT panel and reconnecting the same after repair with insulation tape on XLPE Lead of each cables withl suitable size of nut bolts and washer incl covered of all LT cable in trench around the LT panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge

Taking out defective service wire from junction box to fitting mounted on pole/wall etc and Supply and fixing of service wire 2.5 sqmm two core aluminium conductor 12 mtr ( each Pole ) through inside the pole with proper connection using insulation tape and closed the open junction box with suitale size of nut bolt and washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge

Taking down carefully the defective street light fittings 36/45/60 watt any type from the poles/walls and refixing the same on poles/walls after LED driver ( 35 V/45V/65V DC )suitable for LED street lights of 45 Watt, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge

Supply only LED driver (90V/110V/220V DC)suitable for LED street lights of 90Watt, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge Make- Crompton Greaves, Surya, Phillips and Wipro.
