Picking the existing BT surface to 50 mm, deep and replacing the metal fit for reuse, to bring the existing surface to camber including leveling and sectioning as directed by the Departmental officers including labour and hire charges for tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specifications. as per clause 702 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam for required thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete. as per Clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Priming coat 7Kg / 10 m² over WMM surface using of SSI Emulsion Bitumen for 10 m² and cost Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cast as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc complete. Providing and laying Tack Coat over Existing BT surface using 2 Kgs of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 m² for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Tack coat 2.50 Kg / 10 m² over Wet Mix Macadam surface using of RS1 Emulsion Bitumen for 10 m² and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc complete. Providing and laying 50 mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24 m³ of 26.50-13.20 mm, 0..25 m³ of 13.20-2.36 mm and 0.23 m³ of 2.36 mm & below and with 53.20 Kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 m² including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc, including labour for attending to paver at site etc, including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9 m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete. using CMP Clause 505 MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30 - 40 mm thick using 0.13 m³ of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.17 m³ of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26 m³ of 2.36 and below with 50.30 Kgs of VG 30 / VG 40 bitumen for premixing per 10 m² including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc, including labour for attending to paver to site etc, including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 6 m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete. using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.
