Supply and fix Pipe MS ERW heavy class including specials, nominal dia 150 mm thickness 5.4 mm heavy duty duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of zinc chromate primer laid in excavation trenches under dry, wet, foul and in all conditions, laying in proper allinment including provision of necessary jointing material and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No1.00 here in before, but 100 mm bore

Ditto all as per item No1.00 here in before, but 80 mm thickness 4.8 mm

M&L for cement concrete in foundation concrete type CI (1:3:6) ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) mix with 20mm graded stone aggregate to serve as trust block for hydrant line complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F fire hydrant oblique type single outlet 63mm dia including flanged stand post CI of 63 mm dia 1.5 m height complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cast iron sluice valve PN 1.6 150 mm bore with SS spindle bronze gate and seating rings both side flanged and drilled confirming to IS114846-2000 ISI marked including suitable rubber gasket joints with suitable bolts, nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No-6 herein before, but 100 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No-6 herein before , but 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up Unserviceable MS fire fighting pipe line 150mm including disconnecting the flanged joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up Unserviceable MS fire fighting pipe line 100mm including disconnecting the flanged joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up Unserviceable MS fire fighting pipe line 80 mm including disconnecting the flanged joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing/disconnecting the serviceable and Unserviceable fire hydrants from the fire hydrant from the fire main complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable fire hydrants in the new pipe line complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- Serviceable fire hydrant obtained from item No. 12.00 )

M&L Providing and installing in position, 2 lengths of 15 mtr long and 63mm dia woven jacketed fire hose with external coat of synthetic fibre and EPDM rubber lining from inside having 42 Kg/cm2 burst pressure, 18Kg/cm2 working pressure cnforming to IS-636 with ISI mark along with ISI marked brass coupling, ISI marked short sized gun metal branch pipe 63mm instantaneous male inlet.

Supply and fixing fire hose cabine box of size as per requirement but not less than 2100x900x715mm, made out from 16 gauge MS sheet dduly painted with two coats of red colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with double leafed shutters (fitted with 4mm thick glass) suitable for housing two lengths of canvas hose 15 meter each, branch pipe, fire hose and nozzle, fireman axe, first aid hose and ingle outlet landing valve.

Cutting of MS pipes for insertion of new Tees brance connection of size 150mm bore .

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 650 X 650 X 650 mm (Internal dimensions) with brick work of sub class ‘B’ old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 and 10 mm thick rendering on internal and exposed external surfaces with and including 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm mild steel angle iron frame, 3.00 mm thick mild steel sheet cover with appropriate size lifting handles and locking arrangement and 01 No. 50 mm size 4 levers lock with keys in duplicate make – Navtal or Link including painting steel and iron surfaces with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer and demolition of existing old valve pit complete all as specified,

Note for item No-17 &18:- rate of taking down old unsv valve pit MS cover and frame, earth work etc are included in quoted rate.

Taking out unserviceable rusted GI/CI/DI/MS pipe and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal from site all as directed of the following sizes:

(a) 80 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

(c) 150 mm bore

(d) 200 mm bore

Refixing old DI/CI/GI/MS pipe and connections in new or old position after cleaning including all fittings of the following size complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :- Old pipe obtained from item No. 19.0 shall be reused.)

(a) 80 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

(c) 150 mm bore

(d) 200 mm bore

Supply, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning, ISI marked IS No 8329:2000, centrifugally cast ductile iron pipe(DI Pipe) , PN 1.6 laying in trenches or above the ground of follwing diameters , class K -9, with internal cement mortar lining and external bitumen coating with double flanged end, including rubber gasket jointing,and S&F necessary fittings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new MS pipe and connections in new or old position after cleaning including all fittings of the following size complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 100 mm bore

Repair disconnecting and dismantling and overhauling of centrifugal pump set 75 HP of Kirloskar make of capacity 1410 LPM Model No DSM80-36 from motor side inlet, outlet pipes lines for carrying out repairs including machining of shaft as desired / required to ensure proper alignment from authorised dealers of Kirloskar and including spare parts and testing and commissioning after repairs for improved and satisfactory performances, all as per manufacturers instruction. Note:- New spares required to be replaced will be measured and paid including under relevent items of schedule.

Opening the complete motor and removing the complete burnt out winding wire of the stator of the motor removed under sl item No -21 herein before, cleaning the stator with cleaning element, preparing the surface and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of pre existing gauge of approved quality by Engineer in charge, filling the slot with insulating material like fiber sleeves, tapes according to classification of motor, varnishing, heating, etc; and reassemble after repairs including rotor balancing from authorised dealer testing and commissioning for rated RPM for the following motors complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions:-

(a) Electric motor 75 HP capacity of centrifugal pump sets

Taking up defective 75 HP centrifugal pump sets complete with motor through 100mm DI pipe of about 20 Nos of 3 metre length each, for replacing of defective pump parts such as pump coupling, bush and PVC impellors with new one including overhauling at authorized workshop of manufacturer and fixing back the same in the tube well through 100mm dia DI pipe, testing, commissioning for satisfactory performance as per manufacturers instructions all as required costs of required for machining including load testing for stipulated period to entire satisfaction of Engr in charge are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

NOTE :- Cost of parts such as pump coupling, bush and PVC impellor with casing are not included in the unit rate quoted and same will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule as supply only.

Supply only following spare parts of centrifugal pumps set Kirloskar make to incorporate in sl item No : 21 above :-

Dismantling and taking down for overhauling of Jockey pump set 12.5 HP, of M/S Kirloskar Ltd including repairs and provision of replacement of following defective parts all as required. (a) Bronze impellarsuitable for 12.5 HP pump set- 01 Nos (b) Ball bearing suitable for 12.5 HP pump set- 01 Nos. (c) Bronze bush suitable for 12.5 HP pump set- 01 Nos Reassambling complete set including connecting and testing in accordance with manufactures instruction to ensure stipulated performance all as desired to the entire satisfaction of dept. Note:- Painting of external portion complete set with allied parts after scraping with enamel paint is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix DOL starter in sheet steel enclosure, A/C 3 phase, type MK1, required for 12.5 HP motor of Make L & T / M/s Havells/ Siemens/ Standard / legrand all as specified and directed.

Supply installing testing and commissioning of powder coated compartmentalized LT panel fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel weather proof, vermin proof, Indoor type suitable for operation on 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply. Compete with gland plates, cable glands, lifting hooks, ventilating louvers, bus bars, inter conections earthing stud at both sides, mounted / framed on and including M S angle iron stand/frame 40cm height from FFL fabricated out of MS equal angle 50×50×6mm duly grouted in PCC 1:2:6 foundation in and including suitable to accommodate and comprising of following switchgears and accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engg in charge. Location- Tunir fire fighting pump house.

D) OUTGOING :- (i) MCCB 3 Pole 160 A 415V, 50Hz with microprocessed releases, 50KV breaking capacity adjustable overload setting 0.4 to 1.0 Xin (40-100), adjustable short circuit setting 1.5 to 8 in iᵣ , with inbuilt instantaneous protection - No. 2 ( 75 HP)

(ii) - do - All as per item No D(i) herein before but 63 Amps with release range 10-40 Amps. - No.2. ( 12.5 HP motor).

(vi) Mounting space for 75 HP star delta starter - 2Nos

(vii) Mounting space for 10 HP/12.5HP DOL/star delta starter - 2 Nos

Notes :- The panel shall be one of the following make.

a) ADLEC (Legrand) : As per manufacturing design and guidelines with all switchgear of Legrand make

b) L&T : As per their manufacturing design/guideline with all switchgear of make L&T.

c) Schnider : As per their manufacturing design/guideline with all switchgear of make.

d) Neptune : As per their manufacturing design/guideline with all switchgear of make ABB

e) The constructional and general arrangement drawing showing the size of panels, details of quantity and make of materials with technical particulars/ specifications and necessary certification from manufacturer shall be submitted by the contractor for approval of accepting officer

f) Any civil work involved in installation of panel board is deemed to be included in item rate.

g) Engineer- in - charge shall ensure tha panel shall be manufactured as per approved drawing only.

h) The make given in P.S will be superseded by the make given above and contractor shall procure the panel from any of the above make.
