Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.50 M

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of reuired shade New work( Two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm

Priming with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work ( hard and soft wood)

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade

Providing and fixing M.S grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc with M.S flats, square or round bars etc incl. priming coat with approved steel primer all complete Fixed to steel windows by welding

Chequerred preacast cement concrete tiles 2.2 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles. Including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) Medium shade using 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement.
