M&L 18 mm thick granite (approved colour) work as in pillars, display boards, wall cladding and like incl 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and rounding of edges complete, all as specified and directed. Note : Granite colour approved by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement over 15mm thick rendering or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 and including dismantling existing tile work with plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of old brick work complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/Stone or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement alongwith two coats OBD on one coat of primer complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat oil bound distemper complete all as directed.
