Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level).

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete type B-O, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded agg ) as in sub flooring.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any guage, thickness from roof covering complete all as specified.
