Mandatory Documents

RequiredEarnest Money in the form of Treasury Challan or Demand Draft or Pay Order or Banker s Cheque or Deposit at Call Receipt or Fixed Deposit Receipt (drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, PVMD, CPWD, Pushpa Bhawan, New Delhi) shall be scanned and uploaded to the e-Tendering website within the period of bid submission. The original EMD should be deposited either in the office of Executive Engineer inviting bids or division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD within the period of bid submission.

RequiredEMD Deposit receipt shall also be uploaded to the e-tendering website by the intending bidder upto the specified bid submission date and time.

RequiredEnlistment Order of the Contractor in CPWD in appropriate Class.

RequiredGST Registration Certificate of the State in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the State in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents.

RequiredThe bidder shall submit a scanned copy and an undertaking on one non-judicial stamp paper duly notarized in a prescribed format that the applicant has not been debarred/blacklisted as on date in any of the departments, and this affidavit must be valid for a period of at least fifteen days from the date of opening of the tender. The firm will also given the undertaking that no relative of blood relation in working is PVMD, CPWD.

RequiredThe contractor should be submit the ESIC and EPF registration certificate.

RequiredValid Electrical contractor License or undertaking that I/We shall either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate an approved and eligible contractor of CPWD in appropriate class having valid electrical contractor license.

RequiredUpload ERP Training Certificate.

RequiredAn undertaking that I/We shall record all measurements and levels of work and all other documentation required for EMB in the shape of electronic measurement book through CPWD ERP module as per CPWD OFFICE MEMORANDEM NO. DG/CON-Maintenance- 2020/338, dated 13/04/2023) instructions and details
