P/F 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 13755 of minimum thickness 6mm of approved make like NITCO, Orient, Somany, Kajaria or equivalent make in colour such as white, ivory grey, Fune red, Brown laid on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete job.

P/L of vitrified tiles in different size with water absorption less than 0.08% & conforming to IS15622 Of approved colour & shade laid in 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mix including jointing with white cement& matching pigment complete job.

Painting two coats of synthetic enamel over wood and wood based surfaces of approved brand and shade including cleaning the surface from all dirt, dust and foreign matter knotting and sandpapering

P/A of POP(wall putty) 2mm thick on wall roof to give smooth surface for white wash including proper sanding complete job

P/A of washable oil bound distemper on wall of approved brand & manufacture including cost of water proof painting with all carriage complete job.

Demolishing and Dismantling at existing brick masonary

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structure above plinth level upto floor 2 level in cement mortar 1:6 mix (1 cement :6 fine sand) including cost of all carriages mechanically / manually complete job

Providing and laying of cement sand plaster 15mm thick in 1:6 mix

P/F of kitchen counter made out of color coated al. with 5mm thick ACP sheet.
