Charges for cutting the granite stone slab, approximately 3 meters in length, and making a 3" hole at the tower bottom for routing the underground (UG) cable through a suitable PVC pipe. This includes laying a double run of 2core x 6sq.mm UG cable and 3-core x 2.5 sq.mm UG cable, and restoring the surface to its original condition.

Labour charges for fixing 50x50mm cable trucking from the tower bottom to the top through core-cut holes, using 8x35mm stainless steel (SS) screws and washers at 2-foot intervals, ensuring secure mounting on the lighthouse tower wall. The rate includes the high-risk job of installing the 50x50mm cable trucking, laying a double run of 2-core x 6 sq.mm underground (UG) cable, properly securing the UG cable with 18 SWG bare copper wire, and closing the 50x50mm cable trucking.

Labour charges for fixing 12.5x32mm mini cable trucking from the tower bottom to the top through core-cut holes, and all round balcony at top of Lighthouse and bottom of Lighthouse using 8x35mm stainless steel (SS) screws and washers at 2-foot intervals, ensuring secure mounting on the lighthouse tower wall using flat Tee, end cap. The rate includes the high-risk job of installing the 12.5x 32mm mini cable trucking, laying a 1.5sq.mm x 2core wire, 2.5 x 3core wire and closing the 12.5x32mm cable trucking.

Supply and installation of 18 SWG GI sheet for covering existing underground (UG) cables, PVC ducts, PVC pipes, static sensor cables, and NAIS cables laid from the tower bottom to the top, passing through each staircase landing. The sheet shall be properly bent to form a box-type enclosure suitable for covering the PVC duct and cables. It shall have a minimum 1" bend on both sides for screws to ensure proper fixing to the wall. The total dimensions of the box, including the side plates for wall fixing, shall be 25mm (1") × 127mm (5") × 330mm (13") × 127mm (5") × 25mm (1")."

Appling one coat of Etch primer ( Special primer for GI / GI sheet metals for prevent peeling paint) and two or more coating of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand

Supply of PVC MCB Gang box of 2 Pole

Fabrication of a street light pole with an 80mm (3-inch) diameter C-Class GI pipe, 10 feet in height from ground level. The base is welded with a 10" x 10" x 6mm MS plate and gusset plates. The top of the pole features a 3" x 1" GI reducer, followed by a 3-foot length of 1" C-Class pipe with a 45-degree bend.

Fabrication of a Garden light pole with an 80mm (3-inch) diameter C-Class GI pipe, 10 feet in height. The base is welded with a 10" x 10" x 6mm MS plate and gusset plates. The top of the pole features a 3" x 2" GI reducer, followed by a 2-foot length of 2" C-Class pipe.

Civil masonry work includes the excavation of earth to a depth of 2 feet with dimensions of 1.5 feet x 1.5 feet. The pole is placed in the excavated pit, followed by concreting in a 1:2:3 ratio up to ground level. Above ground level, a 1.5' x 1.5' x 1.5' brickwork structure is constructed, incorporating a 40mm PVC pipe for street cabling to the junction box. Concrete is then poured inside the brickwork up to 1.5 feet above ground level, followed by plastering

Labour charges for fixing the SMC box on a 3" pole using SS U-bolts, followed by the installation of a 2-pole MCB with its PVC gang box. This includes mounting the garden light/street light fitting on top and laying a 2-core x 1.5 sq.mm wire from the junction box to the street light. Additionally, it includes laying a double run of 2-core x 2.5 sq.mm UG cable inside a 40mm PVC pipe, along with connections, termination, installation of the MCB, and all related work for completion.

Removing the old gate light fitting and installing a new gate light fitting in the existing location. Fixing the SMC box on the wall, making UG cable connections, and completing all related work.

Applying a single coat of primer on the civil masonry structure of the street light pole, followed by a double coat of post office red enamel paint. For the pole, applying a single coat of zinc chromate primer followed by a double coat of aluminum paint. The work includes all materials, labor, and completion

Labour charges for removing the existing street light poles, including breaking the existing civil structure, excavating the earth, and removing the pipes. The removed materials shall be handed over to the Lighthouse in charge. (The number of existing poles available at the site is 19.)

Additional charges for making an trench for laying UG cables.( Sl.No. 24 , 25) As the lighthouse is located in a coastal area, it is challenging to dig for cable laying to the collapsing sand, dewatering requirements, and other associated difficulties.

(Additional charges) Labour charges for removing paver blocks from the road, breaking the concrete below, laying a 100mm GI pipe, and then restoring the surface by refilling, concreting, and relaying the paver blocks as per the original condition.
