REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE LT PANEL LT UG CABLE AT RS AREA UNDER GE NW NAVY NAGAR COLABA MUMBAI

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out for laying of HT cables, in any type of soil.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm with excavated soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material out side MD land all as specified.

Supplying, filling, spreading, leveling in layers and well ramming dry river sand around cable in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified and directed.(Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Cutting existing road surface or hard standing,bituminous topping 15 cm but n exc 30cm. girth for laying of pipes/ cables and making good distrubed surface to match with existing complete.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers HV type 1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm .

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick for copping and finished surface.

M & L for 60 mm thick coloured interlocking paver tiles/ blocks, lacquer finish of size 250 X 250 mm, having compressive strength of 35N/Sqmm, zig-zag (uni-paver) shape in flooring tested as per IS : 15658-2006, with and including laying over 50 mm thick sand bed compacted complete as specified and directed.

Supply, Fixing, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty electric HT cable with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, fixed on wall, passing through pipes complete including connecting with MCCB/ busbar with the help of proper size thimble, glands, properly as directed by engineer-in-charge and taking out existing damaged unserviceable cable of following sizes :-

300 sq mm, 3 core

M&L for GI pipe ,heavy grade 100mm dia for road crossing of cable or for cable protection of cable above ground surface all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing old u/s ACB and supply, fixing, testing and commissioning air circuit breaker, 800 Amps, 50 kA, TP, horizontal draw-out type with trip free mechanism, O LED display + 4 nos auxlarry contact (2NO+2NC) + 01 nos fault trip indication + shunt trip coil + under voltage coil of 230V + inbuilt Mechanical & Electrical anti-pumping to prevent auto reclosing on fault, incuding material and labour for make arrengement and fabrication work for fixing of new ACB in existing panel consisting with copper busbar for 1600 A-1 set, Breaker control switch, CT of suitable capacity - 03 Nos, On/Off/Trip/R-Y-B indiacation, Make - L&T- Omega Cat No UW108NFD22410 and Legrand Cat No- DMX3 N 2500, 50 kA, 4P, 800A, frame-1, draw-out version or equivalent in Siemens, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.The features of ACB's are as follows :-

M&L for shifting of LT panel of any size with all accessories and fixing it to other location as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site, connecting cable connection with connecting accessories, including foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 and fittings as required all as specified and directed.
