REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHT/ SECURITY LIGHT, DECORATIVE LIGHTS, HIGH MAST AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT DSCC UNDER GE DRONACHAL

Attending daily complaints of DSCC by deputing adequate number of Skilled teams of qualified Electrician and helper any time of the day ( Minimum 01 Skilled Electrician & 02 Helper ) for taking down/repair / tightening of end terminals of street light fitting, Flood light, LED strip on poles , High Mast light , Post top lanten of any size/capacity at any height and repair the street lights, Flood lights and Post Top lanten having minor faults i.e loose connections, carbon deposition , Shifting and refixing the same etc and make the light functional. After rectifying the defects of the electrical system replace the U/S items such as street light , flood lights, LED strips, MCBs TPN ,connection plate , thimbles and timmer small pieces of electrical cables PVC insulated copper multistranded conductor of sizes 2.5 Sqmm to 6 Sqmm twin core and length not increasing 1.5 mtrs ( spre like driver ,PCB to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Complaint slip shall be part of the bill) manage day to day street light Complaints and update the status of complaints on daily basis and confirmed throgh concerned JE E/M daily as per directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material and labour for repairs and servicing of existing 16 meters height high mast lighting system by degreasing and cleaning of double drum winch, gear box, wire rope, clamp, bobbin arrangement, power tool motor, mechanical torque limiter, lowering the mast head assembly, degreasing and cleaning the pulley, docking arm etc and applying new grease / lubricating oil for all mechanical moving / rotating parts, checking all the electrical parts such as timer panel, all cable connections in control panel, motor, junction box, flood light fittings & aviation obstruction light fitting etc, rectifying the defects, renewing the defective components etc including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Replacement of flood light fittings, aviation obstruction light, control cable, steel wire rope , timer panel components & rewinding of motor if required at site shall be measured and paid separately. However, the cost of minor spare parts & lubrication is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F LED street light fitting 1x60 W new generation energy saving and enviromental friendly long life pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LEDs as lightening source and lens embeded PC cover having top opening seprate Driver-Integral, compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07 with 10 KV built surge protection device complete with all connected accessories complete.

S&F LED street light fitting 1x70 W new generation energy saving and enviromental friendly long life pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LEDs as lightening source and lens embeded PC cover having top opening seprate Driver-Integral,compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07 with 10 KV built surge protection device completete with all connected accessories complete.

Supply and fix in replacement of 250 Watt LED flood light fitting made up of Pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with toughened glass, IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics having system lumen efficacy ≥100 lm/W, Inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, Open Circuit protection, Over Voltage protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13 and BIS complying including surface mounting using adjustable MS cradle of thickness 5 mm provided with the fixture including taking down existing unserviceable flood light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Serial Item No. 3.00 here-in-before but of 100 Watt LED flood light fitting.

Supply and fix in replacement of three pole AC power contactor, 32 Amps, 415 volts suitable for street light timer panel including taking down existing unserviceable power contactor of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB, TPN, 40 Amps, 10 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC including taking down existing unserviceable MCB of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB, TPN, 63 Amps, 10 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC including taking down existing unserviceable MCB of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Auto/ Manual with centre off switch suitable for street light timer panel including taking down existing auto / manual switch of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
