SUPPLY OF PILFER PROOF PLASTIC SEAL Secification for NRL pilfer proof plastic seals.--- FOR NRMT 1. Plastic seal to be made of HDPE. 2. Seal should not be # Duplicatable# at any cost. 3. It should be durable and be able to resist pressure and ambient temperature beyond 100Degree centigrade such that the seal cannot be opened or altered by applying force from its locked position even when kept in boiling water for 15 minutes. 4. It has to be with #Double Locking System# 5. The numbering system on the seal should be #High Rise Embossed# and should be in the mould itself. 6. There should be four holes for seal wire on the male part suitable 26 swg GI wire. 7. The seal wire after locking on any condition should not come out without damaging the seal. 8. The design of the seal should be Patented/Registered. 9. On closing male part should completely cover the female part. 10. NRL#s Logo should be embossed on one side of the female part of the seal as a part of the mould. 11. Serial No.of Each Seal to be prefixed by 'T' 12. Packaging : Each packet cosisting of 100 Seal stiched serially 13. Seal should certified through in house inspection and Sample test at NRL site before despatch. 14. Colour----------Red (To be marked as NRL)
