Supply & fix in replacement FRP pole box 240 x 130 x 95 mm (inside dimension) consisting of 1 No 50 A 4 pole connector and 1 No 6-16 A MCB SP(as required) including taking down the old/unserviceable junction boxes complete all as specified and directed. Make : SINTEX Cat No. GS-JB or equivalent Make of MCB: L&T/Havells/ Legrand/ Indo Asian.

LABOUR ONLY for repairing and rectification of faults in security lights / street lights/ flood lights / highbay lights by disconnecting the electrical connections and bringing on ground and refixing the same, back in position after carrying out repairs by checking the peanut lamps/ electrical connections/ electronic drivers etc., and testing after making it fully serviceable by checking the condition of electronic driver and replacing only if required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES : (i) One Electrician and one helper shall be deputed daily to JE E/Ms office during office hours to ascertain the repairs to be carried out for lights under his AOR.(ii) Electronic drivers or any other items, if required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as under relevant items of this BOQ as SUPPLY ONLY(iii) Necessary T & P arrangements for carrying out repairs shall be under taken by the contractor.

Efficacy > 110/120 LPW, with 10KV SPD including taking down the old unsv light fitting of any type complete all as specified and directed. Make: CG Model No :TRP-409-70-57-SL-GL-NSG or equivalent model of /Philips/Havells/Bajaj.

Preparation of old painted surfaces RCC / steel tubular poles of street lights upto 10.0 metre height by scraping with emery paper and making free from rust, dust and any foreign material and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of tint as directed including letter writing such as pole number and source point of electric supply with black paint and fluorescent paint in circumference of poles /mast towers of various heights complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of 9 Watts holder type (E22) LED lamp (E22) 230 Volts, 50Hz complete all as specified and as directed.

LABOUR ONLY for repairing and rectification of in High mast light fixed at a height of 16m to 32m by disconnecting the electrical connections and bringing on ground by operating existing motor and refixing the same, back in position after carrying out repairs/ servicing the Mechanism incl greasing of steel rope by checking electrical connections/ electronic drivers/ light fittings etc., and testing after making it fully serviceable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES : (i) Necessary items to be replaced shall be measured and as supply only under revevant item of the Schedule. (ii) Necessary arrangements for carrying out repairs shall be under taken by the contractor.

Taking down of unsv motor of cap 1.5-2.0 HP from High mast of height 16-32 mtr of any make from its existing position and rewinding by super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and size with Garware insulating paper, insulating varnish and oven drying for requisite insulation values including necessary PVC sleeves lead wires and testing after assembling in existing position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old rusted/ unsv Steel rope from high mast light of height 16-32 mtr of any make and S & F in replacement of Steel rope (as existing) suitable for the above High mast, making functional the complete set of bracket and testing after assembling in existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric supply , M & L for taking down the unsv High Mast pole with set of bracket and light fittings of height upto 32 mtrs on the ground, after loosening the nut bolts from the bottom level of the High Mast , checking, servicing the mechanism & healthyness of the steel rope etc , testing the light fittings etc and re-installation, testing, commissioning of the High mast pole at the existing position after replacing the spares/lights fittings all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge. Note : The necessary spares / light fittings shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item under Schedule. (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. Crane /Hydra etc should be Contractor's own arrangement.

M&L for 40mm dia or bore galvanised steel tubing, light grade, with all fittings and fixed to walls/poles or laid in floors complete as in protection of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old timer panel and supply and fixing of out door type Street light timer Panel /Distribution Boards with pole, panel etc as directed alongwith 65A 3 pole/230 Volts contactor and Digital 24 hrs/ Analog Time Switch, 63 A MCB, Manual and Auto Mode Toggle switch cable connectors, cable gland etc including suitable fixing arrangement with existing pole/ panel all as specified and directed. Make : Cat No. TL065AB0 of indoasian Time lite or equivalent in Havells/L&T/C&S.

S & F in replacement of PVC Insulated and flat Sheathed 2 core 10.00 sqmm with solid aluminium Conductor Heavy Duty Flexible Cables, Voltage Grade 1100 Volts complete all as psecified and directed.

S & F in replacement of PVC Insulated and PVC Round/flat Sheathed 5 core 2.5 sqmm Bright Annealed Bare Copper Conductor Heavy Duty Flexible Cables for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts for connection of High mast lights of any height of 16 to 32 mtr from junction box to bracket/ structure complete all as Specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of timer heavy duty analog time switches of 110- 230 V 50Hz with built in battery, 16A capacity with backup of 100 hrs weekly programmable including taking down the old damaged timer complete all as specified and directed. Make : Indo Asian Cat No : TA926453 or equivalent in L&T/Legrand/Havells.

Supply and fix in replacement of contactor , 3 pole, 415V, 40A cap , ML2 , 2 NO+NC utilised for heavy duty by taking down the old perished / deteriorated contactor aganist repairs all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to GI earth wire 4 MM Dia as earthling lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel with wire mesh,. CI cover with frame etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part I, connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion.
