M&L for dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F pre-painted coloured corrugated profiled Galvalume /Zincalume sheet with min 0.50mm TCT with BTM of 0.45mm thick conforming to IS -513(AZ-150 GSM,Al Zn alloy metallic coating 550MPA yield stress as per AS-1397),as in roof covering/clading to wall fixed with self taping screws, colour/exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/ BHP x RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and a micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer,all fixed with galvanised self drilling self tapping fastener(12-14x55 with EPDM seals), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/ ridge/valley gutter/facia of bldg/ fixed with self tapping screws/J hooks/suitable arrangements as per situation /requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling wall/ceiling board, fibre pulp insulation etc or insulation boards/slabs/blanks of any description, any thickness including cover fillets r as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F false ceiling with Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory/white painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS-14862) of size 595mmx595mm and any one of the design (occeanic , lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking powder coated certra black pattern metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanised @120 gms, both sides inclusive) consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0..30mm thick sheet and cross T of size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm sheet spaced between main T at 600mm c/c from a grid of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 15x20mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including required cutting/making opening for services like diffusers grils, light suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing rafters, purlin etc with dash fastners GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia wit galvanised butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T-sections shall be centre black pre-painted with polyester painnt and having a load bearingcapacity of 12 kg/sqm and refixed all exesting electric wiring and fixture all complete at all heights as per directed

S & F 5mm thick lnsulated PVC Wall Lining honeycombed as per sample kept in GE office consisting of PVC Insulated Panels with approved colour and design printed PVC sheet used colour PVC sheet duly fitted into the wall including PVC sheet in strips feathered at the edges including removing and refixing electric switch boards & plates and covered with PVC stripes or beading after fixing wall panelling as per specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoines arches,pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of primer , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge .

M&L for dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F tubular steel trusses Heavy vertical post etc including special confirming to IS- 1161- complete including necessary welding ,nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not other wise describe, two coat of synthetic enamel paint and over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for PCC Type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) , cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for filling roof sheet gap between wall and roof sheet with brick coba /PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate up to D/S building with all arrangement of scafolding including making good with plaster and two coat of existing finish work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing roof treatment, consists of a Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid with LPG torch forced application over roof surface, with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm, with and including priming @ 0.40 lit/Sqm the surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane as bonding material, including sealing all joints by thermo fusion, complete including removal of existing treatmtnt all as per manufacturer's instructions.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 40mm plain Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm aggregate) in two layer (each 20mm), PCC padding or leveling course including chicken wire mesh of size 0.91mm provided between the layer of PCC and even and smooth without using extra cement with false groov of 450X450 mm as in roof including complete including demolition of existing PCC padding and removal of demolished material up distance of 800m all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for GI chicken wire mesh any size and dia laid and fixed with tinny track in between 40mm thick PCC padding junction of column/beams % wall etc whwerver required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on top of roof surface up to G+3 building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting road edges any type straight/in dressed manner n exc depth 0.150m all as specified and as directed and removal of material obtain from cutting up to distance of 500 M complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Non asbestos disigner fibre cement building boards 6mm thick fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium/MS frame work in ceiling (1200X1200mm ,1200X600mm,600X600mm or any size as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring laying as in desired pattern 20-25 mm thick laid over cemet screed base 20mm thick in CM(1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with ditto 10mm thick in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for vietrified Ceramic tiles light shade Double charged/ ultracharged 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors /skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed CM (1:4 ) 20mm thickcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old or previously painted steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint,any colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
