M&L for taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layer (10mm + 5mm) on fair faces of brick /concrete on wall including facia chhajja etc.surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Liquid water proofing compund in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying of old plastered rubbing, stopping of existing treatment applying two coats of cement base paint on old plastered/ unplastered surfaces of wall, including complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer and 1 mm thick a layer of wall care putty including preparation of old plastered/ unplastered surfaces of wall, including complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorences salts and trading oil and greasy spots and filling nails marks with compound of wall putty and sand papering and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorences salts and trading oil and greasy spots and filling nails marks with compound of wall putty and sand papering and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :Height of ceiling is upto 15 meter)

M&L for preparation new surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion plastered or unplastered old surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick white marble slab in flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with white cement slurry mixed to match the shade of the slab including rubbng and polishing over and including 20 mm thick CM 1:3 mortar backing for fixing the stone slab, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:3 mortar backing for fixing the stone slab, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of kota stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) of 10mm thick polished, (area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm) as in floors jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:4, complete all specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 19 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces as in skirting/dado over and including 10 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified & directed. (Make : Dr Fixit, LW+, STP Ltd No 1 (L) & SIKA or equivalent as specified in PS)

M&L for providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints through out the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in half brick thick built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick insulated PVC Wall Lining honeycombed consisting of PVC insulated panels (as approved by GE) with approved design & pattern duly fitted into the wall including PVC angle Jointers, U jointers, beading etc as required at the edges including removing and re-fixing electric boards & plates and covered with PVC strips or beading after fixing wall paneling, as per specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (Nominal mix) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves, fins and similar articles with plain faces including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) etc to obtain rough flat finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory made,machine pressed / vibro mechanically floated coloured interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with topping of cement with imported pigment including 25-30 mm thick sand cushioning bed including spreading levelling watering if required, Shape shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base to floors and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden or wood based surfaces exceeding 10 cms width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Pre-painted coloured corrugated profiled Galvalume/Zincalume sheet with min 0.50mm TCT with BTM of 0.45mm thick conforming to IS -513(AZ-150 GSM,Al Zn alloy metallic coating 550MPA yield stress as per AS-1397),as in roof covering/clading to wall fixed with self taping screws, colour/exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/ BHP x RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and a micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer,all fixed with galvanised self drilling self tapping fastener(12-14x55 with EPDM seals), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any descriptions area exceeding 1 square metre and not exceeding 2 square metre each and refixing in same opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
