Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out for laying under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks sub class ‘B’ (old size bricks) laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as specified in SSR Part –I, complete all as specified and directed. (Depth of sand shall be measured after punning).

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, plinth block etc and the like and surface finished smooth to match with existing coping, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade underground cable laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc including taking down old unsv cable of any size complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following size of cables: - (a) Cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core

(b) Cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3 ½ core Note for XLPE cable: - (Excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately)

Labour only for shifting of existing street lights cables where directed and extend the loop portion, cut the britle cable and connect to street light junction box including provision of suitable size aluminium tube terminal and refilling the trench, complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material & Labour for fixing street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore approx length not less than 120cm bent to shape without welding including new clamps made out of MS flat of size 30x5mm thick including cutting, welding, drilling holes, nut bolts, washer, etc including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on MS including taking down old UNSV, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 2.5 sqmm twin core round FR copper conductor industrial cable, 1100 Volt grade conforming to IS 694 and making necessary connections from Junction box to street light by using suitable size of copper thimbles/terminal etc and testing incl taking down old unsv cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old unsv street light fitting of any type /wattage and S&F LED Light fitting complete 45 Watt with high power energy saving pressure die cast aluminium IP 66 roadway luminiares, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, better optics for uniform distribution with high power LED as Light source, complete all as specified and as directed. Make - CROMPTON Cat Part No LSTS-45-DCDL-M- or equivalent make and model of makes listed in Appendix to Particular Specifications.

S & F astronomical time switch with minimum switching time of 1 minute weekly programmable including making necessary electrical connections, time setting and testing etc and taking out the old unsv one, complete all as specified and directed at site.

S & F LED street light drivers suitable for 45 Watt LED street light and making electrical connections and testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : CG Cat part No - SODQL-65-700-45W or equivalent in Havells/Philips.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable High mast lantern complete set (9 Nos x 250 watt / 6 Nos x 250 watt LED Flood lights) from high mast pole after disconnection of all electrical connections and refixing the same after making it serviceable including reconnecting all electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spare parts required for repair of unserviceable floodlights shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only LED flood light drivers suitable for 250 Watt LED flood light and making electrical connections and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED flood light surge protection device suitable for 250 Watt LED flood light and making electrical connections and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminum, IP66 flood light of 70Watt 240 Volts single phase incl taking down old unsv flood light of any wattage complete with all necessary connection as required and complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. (Make - Crompton Cat part No LFL-70-CDL/60-M or equivalent of make as listed in Appendix to Particular Specifications.)

S & F in replacement of old UNSV/damaged retro reflecting strip in 9 and 11 mtr pole where directed. The width of tape not less than 50mm of colour Yellow complete all as directed. 3 M (Cat part No E1 104R -00821) or equivalent in Raychem.

S & F in replacement of old UNSV/damaged retro reflecting strip in 9 and 11 mtr pole where directed. The width of tapes shall not be less than 50mm of colour Red complete all all as dircted. Make: 3 M (Cat part No E1 104R -00821) or equivalent in Raychem

Supply & fixing GI tubing light grade including all fittings, on poles, under floors, road crossing etc all as reqd at site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) 50 mm bore

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanised Iron/steel, supplying and laying charcoal stone aggregate) chamber and RCC cover of size 54x54x50 mm (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in drawing including taking out the old one. Note - Cost of GI strip and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Material & labour for cleaning, preparing the surface of steel tubular poles LT 9.0 mtrs long, junction box including removing of rust particles and painting with two coat of aluminium paint including cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hook etc., and providing Blue & white strips alternatively 30 cm each from coping to 1.5 mtr height starting with blue strip using synthetic enamel paints, including writing of pole Nos in black paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for fixing cable junction box LT 3 phase type having IP 66/69 weather proof for outdoor installation made of plastic material of size 350X250X138 mm with opaque cover, conical cable gland aluminium lugs, Protection Class IP 65, 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25x4 mm for three phase and neutral including 01 No MCB SP 6 Amps for controlling street light and 2 Nos MS clamp of size 30x5 mm complete with nuts, bolts and washers for mounting the junction box on street light pole, complete incl taking down old one and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
