Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1:3:6 or richer mix (I/C equivalent design mix).

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In Cement mortar.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work upto plinth level : 1 : 3 : 6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with clay fly ash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick : Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised MS sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc complete : 250 x 16 mm.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised MS tower bolts black finish, (barrel type) with necessary screws etc complete : 100 x 10 mm.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: Asbestos Cement sheet

Providing asbestos cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets roofing and fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts, 8 mm dia G.I. Plain and bitumen washers complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses : Upto 60 degrees pitch

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work
