SPECIAL REPAIR TO VARIOUS ROADS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS UNDER AGE (I) CIF (K)

Repair to potholes not exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screeding & grade road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) but making good by applying tack coat with paving Bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam (bitumin VG-30) well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and well rammed (including suppply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of potholes exc 30mm including rolling of surface with power roller of 8 to 12 tons roller completion all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or surface in area exceeding exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm but not exceeding 100mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed, bituminuous macadam using 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix, consolidated thickness 75mm, laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller/ tandem vibrating roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a paving bitumen priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and providing, laying, spreading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) of bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete with paving bitumen binder 5.5% of grade VG-30 with design mix formula including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous concrete in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing plant, laying spreading uniformly by means of Mechanical Paver and rolling and condolidating to the required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 6.00 above but preparation of new surface and including a tack coat of paving bitumen @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on WBM surface.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with course aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and condolidated to gradient and camber required with using sand stone all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 9.00 above, but except material.

M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the line not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavement with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved white or golden yellow colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously treated surfaces of road and thermostatic painting 2mm thick incl reflecting glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, lines, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like with mechanical means exc or not exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint of white or yellow, painting shall be stand out boldly and solidily without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath if necessary the surface shall be painted multiple coats untill the desired results is obtained.

S&F in replacement acrylic dual directional delineator having 100mm dia cube corner hight intensity reflector (Signal red/ yellow/ white) held in strong ABS plastic body mounted over CRC steel tube 47mm dia of 16 gauge sheet, support of total height 600 mm having flared/ welded foot of firm grip to base. Acrylic reflector and ABS body protected mesh cage. All steel parts stove enabelled and baked to 1200 C or powder coated to make all weather resistant. Vertical support tube to have a plastic sheet reflector all around and embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, block of size 30x30x30 cm including necessary earth work, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cat Part No GPL-11-01 of Greenlite Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by AGE (I).

S&F dual directional speed breaker having high intensity cube corner reflector ultrasonic welded to high impact resistant ABS plastic body of colour yellow and black of size 250x345x50 cm (thick) provided with 4 sheet zinc plated nail of dia 12mm for fixing in road by hammering including taking out damaged items. Shape of side body to have interlocking pattern to keep all speed breakers in a row, complete all specififed and directed. Make : Cat Part No GPL-07-06 of Greenlite Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by AGE (I).

S&F in replacement dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud of size 100mm x 100mm having 3 round ABS plastic disc containing 21 mini retro reflective glass bends of colour white/ red/yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm dia of length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering , complete all specififed and directed. Make : Cat Part No GPL-01-01of Greenlite Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by AGE (I).

Supply and fixing in replacement solar road studs having 3 LEDs of colours red/ yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a touch pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125 x 125mm with built in stem of suitable length for fixing with epoxy, LEDs solar cells, battery and light sensor well protected in side under through unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet top system workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge in 8-10 hours, complete all specififed and directed. Make : Cat Part No GPL-03-01 of Greenlite Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by AGE (I).

Supply and fixing in repacement solar road delineators 6 LEDs of colour red/ yellow housed in plastic body, LEDs, solar cells, battery and light sensor cell, protected inside polycarbonate sheet, device protected with power coated wire mesh cage, system mounted over 47mm dia steel tube powder coated of length 600mm having sheet foot for firm grip to ground delineator to have additional reflective bands system workable for 2- 3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours, complete all specififed and directed. Make : Cat Part No GPL-13-01 of Greenlite Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by AGE (I).
