Reconstruction of Compoundwall for Arulmigu Sellieswarar Temple at Anthiyur Town and Taluk , Erode District under HR&CE announcement no.75 in the year 2022-2023.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blastering with initial lead and lift etc., Complete.

Supplying filling the foundation and basement with good filling M sand including cost and conveyance of sand and labour charges for filling watering consolidation etc.,

Cement concrele of mix 1:5:10 (One cement Five sand and Ten aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials elc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying , Standard Concrete Mix - 20 Grade in accordance with IS : 456 2000, using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators finishing ,curing,etc.,and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra. etc, complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plain surfaces such as R.C.C.Column foolings Plinthbeam, Staircase steps R.C.C.Critical Piers etc, Complete in all - floors (The rectified materials should be taken by the Contractor). The Payment for the centering shall be give after the concrete is laid .

Supplying and erecting centering for sides soffits Including supports and strutting upto 3.20 mt.helght for plane surfacos such as roinforcod cement concrete slabs, rectangular beams, Tee or ELL beams, lintels, bedblocks, Stalrcase Waist and landing slabs,landing beams,beams conopy etc., with all cross bracings using nailed ,steel sheets of size 90cmx60cmx10cm stiffened with welded mild steel sheets of angle of size 25x25x3mm for boardings laid over silver oak (Country wood centering shuttering for RCC works by using M.S sheets and angles etc.complete(For plain surface)

Supplying and centering for plain surfaces such as RCC wall etc. complete

Supplying and centering for Column etc., complete.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement using mild steel /Ribbed tar steel rods for all RCC works.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved quality PVC pipe of 110mm dia having a pressure of 4 Kg/em 2 including cost of necessary PVC pipe efc.., complete

supplying and fixing MS grill gate including cost conveyance etc:, complete

Random Rubble Masonry in Cement Mortar 1:5 ( one cement and five M sand P mix - with using new stones including necessary provision of bond stones etc., complete

Supplying and painting two coats with approved water based exterior / interiorEmlsuion over the the cement plastered wall surface , ceiling and other new surface including the cost of priming coat etc.,complete in all floors, the make and colour of paint to be used be got approved.

GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works at 18%(9%+9%) for the above Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount}
