Sch 'A' Sec - II (Part-II), (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS)

Point wiring (using approved colour coding as per IS) with 1100 volts grade, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FRLSH,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable IS 694 marked TEC and FIA approved and including PVC concealed conduit(thickness not less than 1.5mm and 20 m dia) and its fittings ISI marked PVC junction boxes terminated in sunken/pressed metal flush box for mounting of modular switches/sockets/fan regulators and white cover plate with frame, also including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly including necessary cutting/chases complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for One light point controlled by one switch or one (Ceiling/ Wall/ Exhaust) fan point controlled by one switch and regulator and one bell point controlled by one bell push (Switches and regulators shall be measured and paid for separately.) ( Wiring shall be done as per colour code in IS for phase, neutral and earth) Note :Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost.

Supply and fix LED tube light fittings 1 x 20 W, 4 feet long 230V, complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twisted flexible PVC copper conductor cable of 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose all as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure double door distribution board SPN 8 way 240 V, 50 Hz, IP 43 double door with neutral busbar 200 Amp, Earthing bar and din rail complete.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 40 Amps 10 KA 240 volts "C" series complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6 -32 Amps,10 KA,,'B' series 240 V ISI marked.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix heavy duty exhaust fan, 3 star rated, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300 mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers and all accessories and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.

Supply and fix in mirror light with linear & compact 12 W mirror light with decorative grey end caps, polycarbonate body and ribbed opal diffuser of capacity 9 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in Surface Mounted LED Bulk Head Luminaire of capacity 10 watt with ABS Body & Polycarbonate Diffuser, IP54 inc connection with ,with flexible wire 0.5 sqmm copper cable all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick electrode burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with GI wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, provn of 40 mm RCC with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering, 40 mm dia light grade Gl pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving of old GI earth plate, CI cover, GI pipes, angle iron frame from existing earthing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - (i). Earthing strip GI/copper upto 7.5m will be measured and paid under this item only. (ii). The earth chamber shall be constructed 50 cm away from the edge of earth pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item. (ii). Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of demolition of old earthing as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii). The new earthing so constructed must have resisitance value below 2 ohms. If the aforesaid resistance value is not achieved contractor has to make proper aadditions/alterations to the newly constructed earthing at his own cost.

Supply & Fix New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building security light 1x25 watts made up of pressure die cast alluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lense embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07, with all accessories including suitable bracket with 32mm bore light grade GI pipe bend to shape, including MS clamp of size of required size and PVC cable 1.5 Sqmm twin core from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade. pre-polished & pre-glazed, confirming to relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 and including 25mm thick layer of sand cushioning and filling the interstices etc with sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Sch 'A' Sec - VI (Part-II), (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS)

Material and labour for making bore on existing 100 mm DI pipe line including inserting 15 mm dia ferrule to taking the further connection including threading excavation and earth work etc complete all as specified and directed..

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable including punning down the sand to over all 18 cm thickness, levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Consolidated/ punned sand will be measured for payment purpose. (ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric LT cables (heavy duty) 10 sqmm 2 core ,earthed system, stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc, to suit the cable size, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified

Material and labour precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
