Appointment of Consultants for the Project Management Consultancy Services for the Work of Development of Bus stationwith its subworks At Kadur bus station

The Bidder Should have satisfactorily rendered services of project management consultancy and supervision of construction projects during the last five years. At least one similar work of value not less than Rs 252.00 Lakhs and the same shall have been commenced and completed in all respects within the last 5 financial years.ie,during the year 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 , 2024-25 and 2025-26

The Consultancy Firm / Company should have been involved in the Civil Engineering Project Management Consultancy Services from the Past five years.ie. from 2021-22 , 2022-23,2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26till the bid due date,

The Tenderer in his name should have, in the last five financial years ( i.e. during the years 2021-22 , 2022-23,2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26) achieved in at least Two financial years a minimum Annual Financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering project management Consultation Works only) of Rs. 10.00 Lakhs

Should have Laboratory with NABL or NAAC Accreditation(Both Mechanical & Chemical)

All the key technical personel should be in the firm from the last 3 years like Project manager, Project Engineers
