Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc to be measured separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductors 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC casing and caping of size not less than 20 / 25 mm dia including PVC bend, tee joints etc as per site requirement , ISI marked with accessories fixed on wall/ceiling/truss etc with PVC non metallic ISI marked terminal boxes/ modular boxes surfacing on wall including one FRLS PVC insulated & sheathed multistranded green colour copper conductor 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth as earth dolly for :-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch SP one way.

(b) One ceiling fan point controlled with one 5A switch

(c) One exhaust fan point controlled with one 5A switch

(d) One bell point controlled by one bell push 5 Amps.

Taking down old unserviceable submain cable of any size and capacity and finishing wall surfaces.

Supply and fix submain wiring in repair with two single core FRLS unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm in and including PVC casing and caping of suitable dia, ISI marked including 1 single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm (green colour) for earthing. Make : Polycab, Havells, Plaza, Note :- (i) Two runs of 4Sqmm cable, 1 run of PVC casing & caping and 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable shall be measured as 1 RM. (ii) Each submain wiring shall run in seperate PVC conduit.

Supply and fix submain wiring in repair with two single core FRLS unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm in and including PVC casing and caping of suitable dia, ISI marked including 1 single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 sqmm (green colour) for earthing. Make : Polycab, Havells, Plaza, Note :- (i) Two runs of 6 Sqmm cable, 1 run of PVC casing & caping and 1 run of 6 Sqmm cable shall be measured as 1 RM. (ii) Each submain wiring shall run in seperate PVC conduit.

Supply and laying / fixing in flexible copper conductor PVC insulated and sheathed cable 1100 volt of size 2 core 6.0 Sqmm laid in trenches / through PVC pipe/batton from meter panel board to building cable trunch or fixed on wall in vertical position with sadling and sadling distance each other 01 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Amount of PVC pipe /cassing caping included no extra Amt paid by the deptt.

Taking down unserviceable XLPE cable and Supply and fixing cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 16 sq mm 2 core. laid in trenches / through PVC pipe/batton from meter panel board to building cable trunch or fixed on wall in vertical position with sadling and sadling distance each other 01 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Polycab / Finolex/ Havells Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it.

M & L for rewinding of unserviceable exhaust fans lof size 225/300/450/630mm sweep with approved copper enamalled wire of suitable guage, varnishing, replacing existing nut bolts pins, rubber bush, capacitor , bearing ,m bush, frastner etc and including taking down and refixing in exsiting position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Checking serviceability of all ceiling fans/ exhaust fan in each quarter and checking clamps nut, bolts, pins are in healthy condition If any problem in any items will be note down by electrician and informed concerned JE E/M and rectify the problem next day complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Note : All the items will be paid separately
