PROVISION OF GRID CONNECTED SOLAR ROOF TOP SYSTEM AT ICGS RATNAGIRI

M & L for Ongrid Solar system on rooftop of capacity 35KW consisting of following complete all as specified and directed. (a) supply and fixing netmeter and generation meter and make approved by Accepting officer in consultation with MSEDCL shall be used. It shall be tested from MSEDCL and then installed. (b) The cost shall include liasioning with MSEDCL and execution of 20 years agreement with MSEDCL for net metering arrangement. (c) Ongrid solar three phase Inverter of having BIS certification and IEC certification.The Inverter shall have online monitoring system ( Wifi connection to be provided by users). The inverter shall have inbuilt surge suppressor. The Inverter shall come with manufacturers guarantee of 7 years. d) Photovoltic panels used shall be from ALMM list approved by MNRE confirming to DCR. The panels shall be of 335Wp capacity. Total number of panels shall be 105 nos. The panel shall come with manufacturers performance guarantee of 25 years. e) The Panels shall be installed at the location approved by Engineer in charge with mounting structure of Pre galvanized steel of various section and aluminium clamps and stainless steel bolts. f) Separate Earthing shall be provided for Inverter, solar panels. The chemical earthing shall done using copper bonded rod of one meter length . g) Lightning arrestor with hollow copper rod of one meter length with aluminum down conductor of 20SQMM connected to copper bonded rod of one meter length with pit filled with chemical. h) The DC cable of size 4 sqmm shall be used for interconnecting panels and the inverter. The wire shall be having ISI marking. The wiring shall be done using ISI make conduit pipe. i) The AC wiring shall be done using cables as per required site and proper size with ISI marking. j) The system shall consist of DC DB of proper rating having surge suppressor type 2 and DC fuse protection . k) The system shall consist of ACDB of proper rating having MCB of proper rating with ISI marking also surge suppressor type 2. l) The Bus bar box of proper rating shall be used. The Busbar box shall have ISI mark. NOTE - i) Contractor shall apply for the subsidy on the above project from SECI (Solar enery corporation of india) and MEDA (Maharashtra Energy Development Agency).The application for the same to SECI/MEDA will be made by contractor & submitted through MES.Contractor shall be responsible for the complete documentation required for SECI/MEDA for subsidy.MES will provide the all inputs & information for requirment of subsidy. ii) Documents related to layout plan/ schematic diagram of electrical system : The Accepting Officer shall approve it as submitted by contractor and subjected by modification / alteration in documents. iii) Any item /component missing but required as per sound engineering & functional requirement in schedule shall be presumed to be catered by contractor in quoted rates. Nothing later shall be admissible on this account.

M & L for Offgrid Solar Inverter of 15KW capacity with three phase input and single phase output complete all as specified & directed. a) The system shall have a UPS of 15KW the PCU shall be connected with ongrid rooftop solar system. The changeover shall have to be done manually when ongrid system stops working due to grid failure. b) The system shall consist of 16 batteries of capacity 12V DC 200 AH .
