Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of Primary Chilled Water Pumps (Horizontal Split Case) for centralized AC plant on suitable size platform of Cement concrete with common metal base frame including flanging and connection with the main pipe reducer section and delivery pipe connections with flangs gaskets, hardware for plumbing connections, electrical connections etc as required Note: connecting cable is included in separate item) all as required and as directed with following capacity >Flow - 175 M3/HR >Head - 30 M >Motor Rating KW (IE2/IE3) - 22KW >Motor Speed (1450 to 1480)rpm >Impeller - Bronze >Electrical Control panel with Automatic star delta starter overload relay, MCCB timer, Single phasing preventer etc.., in separate panel box of IP 55

Insulation of Chilled Water piping (Cement Insulation) All different type of valve pumps etc., Supplying, laying/ fixing of following pipes with insulation with fire retardant quality expanded polystyrene moulded pipe section of density 20 kg/cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) and covering with chicken mesh and overall cement plastering etc as required for existing types of difference sizes in chilled water pipe line.

CHILLED WATER PIPING Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated Note:The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS:3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 250mm dia and above.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following valves, strainers, gauges in the chilled water plumbing duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported as per specifications. NON - RETURN VALVE with duel plate of C I body SS plates vulcanized NBR seal flanged end & PN 16 pressure rating for chilled / hot water circulation including insulation as specified.

Towards labour charges water refilling at pipe line and air lock releasing work, re-commissioning of pipeline after water filling
