Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor type LT Panel Suitable for operation on 415V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50Hz, AC Supply made out of 2mm thick CRCA Sheet for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates, 2mm thick partitions, Vermin Proof,totally enclosed, IP42, Free standing Floor mounting cubicle type construction, fully compartmentalised, extensible on both sides complete with powder coating in approved shade and Suitable size bus bars, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common Aluminium earth bar of Suitable size, control wiring with 2.5Sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor cable and with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, marking and Cable Entry from top etc. as required complete and comprising of following:-

a) 2Nos. 630A FP MCCB having 36KA breaking Capacity with microprocessor release, R, Y, B, ON, OFF, TRIP indication lamps, resin cast CT's with multifunction meter as incomer with interlocking arrangement.

b) 1 No. 630A FP MCCB having 36KA breaking capacity with microprocessor release, R, Y, B, ON, OFF, TRIP indication lamps, resin cast CT's with multifunction meter - 1No. as bus coupler with interlocking arrangement.

c) Outgoings 63Amps, 4pole MCCB, 25 KA with microprocessor release and Rotary Handle with ON, OFF, TRIP indication lamps - 14 Nos.

d) Outgoings 100Amps, 25 KA, 4P MCCB microprocessor release and Rotary Handle with ON, OFF, TRIP indication lamps- 12 Nos.

Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of outdoor MV feeder pillar panel with double door arrangement, outer shell made up to 2mm CRCA sheet steel, door dust tight vermin proof, totally enclosed, IP65, Free standing floor mounting cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing including providing and fixing 400A aluminium bus bar with all accessories and earthing, grouting, providing pedastal, cable entry provision etc. as required

a) 2Nos. 400A FP MCCB having 36KA breaking Capacity with microprocessor release, R, Y, B, ON, OFF, TRIP indication lamps, resin cast CT's with multifunction meter L&T make or equivalent as incomer.

b) 1 No. 400A FP MCCB having 36KA breaking capacity with microprocessor release, R, Y, B, ON, OFF, TRIP indication lamps, resin cast CT's with multifunction meter L&T make or equivalent- 1No. as bus coupler.

Bus Bars c) 200A, 35KA, 4P MCCB with microprocessor release ON, OFF, TRIP indication lamps, resin cast CT's with digital meter as outgoing - 2 sets. as outgoing.

d) 100A, 25KA, 4P MCCB with microprocessor release, ON, OFF, TRIP indication lamps, resin cast CT's with digital meter as outgoing - 6 sets. as outgoing.

Supply of following way, TPN type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required ( i/c the following MCB’s) 4 way (4 + 12), Double door a) 63A , 4 pole MCB,10 KA, "C " Series - 01 No. b) 10 A - 32A SP MCB "C " Series - 12 Nos.

Supply of following size of 1.1kv grade multistrand aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098 (part1)1988 with up to date amendments. a) 4 x 16 Sq.mm

Supply of 600mm x 600mm Recess/surface mounted LED Luminaire suitable for operating on 230V 50 Hz AC supply. Philips make RC380B LED 30S-6500 G5 L60 W 60 PSU OD including driver etc. or its equivalent.

Supply of 600mm x 600mm Recess/surface mounted LED Luminaire with built in PIR occupancy sensor flooring flexibility of auto switching off when the space is not occupied suitable for operating on 230V 50 Hz AC supply. Philips make RC383B LED 28S-6500 PSU OD WH PIR including driver etc. or its equivalent.

Supply of 1200mm sweep 5 Star Rated BLDC Ceiling fan with regulator suitable for operation on single phase 250 Volt AC 50 HZ power supply etc.as required. Crompton make model CFENRIV48OPW5SRG or its equivalent.

Supply of 300mm heavy duty Exhaust fan with speed 1400 RPM suitable for operation on single phase 250 Volt AC 50 HZ power supply etc.as required.Similar to almonard model 12"1#1400RPM or its equivalent.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED fittings of all types, complete with all accessories etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing ,chain supports etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. a) Up to 35 Sq.mm(clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of existing PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc.. With charcoal coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 3mm Copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc.as required.

Dismantling of Existing 2 x 36watts mirror optic tube light fitting, Ceiling fan and Exhaust fan at Line Maintenance Building and Handed over to AAI Store as per the direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling of Existing LT panels and Feeder pillars at Line Maintenance Building - 2Nos and at Sewage Treatement plant - 01No. and Handed over to AAI Store as per the direction of Engineer - in - Charge.
