M&L for removing old unserviceable CT and replacement with new one including installation, testing and commissioning of Single Phase, Dead tank type outdoor CT (current transformer), ratio , primary 75-150 A in Core 1-3, Secondary 0.577A in Core -1, core 2 & 3 -1 A for metering & protection, heighest sys voltage -72.5 KV, oil cooled, insulation level -140 KV/325 KVp ,rated STC 31.5 KA for 3.0 seconds ,rated burden -25VA, continious thermal current 120 % of the rated current accuracy with oil as per IEC-60044-1 & IS-2705 suitable for 66 KV including junction box complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x 3.15 mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.25 Mtr below normal ground level connected to the copper strip 20x3 mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of brass and 20x3 mm copper strip protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle, earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt, light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire and copper strip upto main earthing of pole/equipment complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed . Note:- (i) Up to 7.5 Mtr length of pipe of 40 mm dia and copper strip shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (ii) Resistance of earthing should be less than 1 Ohms failing which the contractor will do the earthing again to achieve the desired result i.e. less than 1 ohms. (iii) In case soil is not suitable same is to be replaced with good quality clay soil to achieve the desired result of less than 1 ohms. (iv) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for the above aspects.

Supply and fix in replacement with new one, including installation, testing and commissioning of Circuit breaker SF-6 out door type 66 KV nominal voltage 3 Phase, 50 HZ as per IEC-62271-100 complete with all accessories and of the following technical specifications :- (a) Highest system voltage between phase: 72.5 KV. M & L removing old unserviceable RTCC Panel and replacement with new one shall be IP 42 gland plate to be 3mm thick suitable for 66/11 KV, 5 MVA transformers, sheet thickness (CRCA) :- not less than 1.6 mm Gland plate sheet thickness:- 2 mm , total weight;- 40+ 5 Kg , The cubical has one OFF type hinged door at rear, the door handle operated latches and the handle isprovided with centre key pad lock, interior lighting is providd with door switch ,RTCC shall be vermin and weather proof(Indoor application only) , All appratus mounted in RTCC shall be effectively earthed by means of copper wire having cross section less than 2.5 sqmm , multi stranded copper wire to be used for wiring inside the RTCC, size 1.5/2.5 sqmm PVC ,1100 V grade as per IS 694 for control circuit, 4 Sqmm PVC 1100 v grade as per IS 694 for CT wiring.
