Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineerin-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mmx 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Supply and installation of precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved) 0.50mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT) thick Zinc coating 120 gsm as per IS:277 in 240 mpa steel grade , 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns mimimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins , rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade - Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 lts/10 sqm.)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working flatform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slab in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 50m lead - Thickness upto 40mm

Supplying at site : R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-incharge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5mm in required colour and shade.

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complte (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures)

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain& brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing . Chipping the worn out wall and concrete portion using proper tools and removing the loose particles and prepaaring the surface for treatment with wire brush etc., complete until to reach sound good surface and removing the debris and disposal of the debris as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts etc. complete.

Removing the loose particles rust/mill scale depolsits completely duly cleaning it with wire brush / crush sheet etc. And removing the dust over the old concrete surface and supplying a polymer based anticorrosive coating material (Two pack material with a powder and liquid component) and mixing mechanically until it is homogeneous and applying the same as one rich coat on repared steel surface with brush with all lead and lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Measurement as per the total area of treatment)

Providing high strength Non shrink free fow micro concrete of CERA/SIKA/FOSROC/ Mc Bauchmie / DOE BASE OR EQUIVALENT make certified and tested by accredited institutions like IIT / SERC/NTH or so (Confiring to ASTM C109.7cm cube for compressive strength 45-50 MPa, Physical properties. Tensile Strenght - 20N/Sqm @ 28 days (BS 4551-80), Flexural Strength - 5.0 N/Sqm @ 28 days) over the Epoxy bonding agent applied area on columns sllabs, beams etc., upto floor five level (aggregates of 6mm to 12mm chips may be added) (Measuremeknt has to be taken considering 15mm thickness of repaired surface). For this treatment precise quantity to water ie 0.15 W/P ratio will be maintained for good mortar consistency as per the manufacturers specification with all lead 2 nd lift etc., complete3 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cement plaster.

Plastering the worn out cleaned wall surface with cement mortar of mix 1:4 (one part of cement; 4fine sand) mixed with polymer at the rate of 1kg. For 1 bag of cement including applying a priming coat with 0.2kg per sqm of treatment area including all lead and lift etc., complete and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Pressure grouting the cement slurry mixed with FLOADD supper plasticizing expanding non shrink, more cohesive grout mixed in the ratio of 20g per 50kgs of cement for injection grouting the RCC slab to strengthen the RCC slab.
