Attending Electric supply complaints of day to day maintenace of existing LT Panels including connecting electrical accessories / spares of water supply installation ,electrical fitting with lights, short circuits in Pump house of CVD, CVD Family Qtr, Piru Vihar, Signal Group, DAD, Nausena Bagh-III and adjoining area as per complaint register complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Ser No . 1 & 3 Material required for attending complaints shall be measured & sparately under respectvie items here - in- after.

Notes for Item No 1,2,3& 4 The complaints shall be attended and the defetcs shall be rectified by a team of matric qualified having minimum 03 years experienced electrician/Plumber as applicable assisted with adequate No of helpers as directed by Engineer-in-charge

The complaints shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 50/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues.

In case , after checking & attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-charge by the contractor/his rep. If Engineer-in- charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made.

While attending the complaint of water supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A'. However , no extra payments shall be made for dewatering

Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job rate (Fittings and fixtures will be measured and paid separetely under respective items of Sch)

All T&P required for attending the Complaints shall be provided by the contractor.

The Pipe Fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters,Taps, Pipe wrench ,Chain wrench, Caulking tools, complete set of spanners and ladders etc ,as required at site.

The Electrician shall always in possession of all Electrician tools, LT Megger, Earth Tester, Multimeter , Crimpling tool, insulation tape, Hand gloves etc required at site.

Rate for taking down/out existing & fittings & fixtures and refixing to make it functional shall be into account.
