Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 1.5 ton capacity high wall Split type air conditioner with Inverter (variable speed technology, with copper coil eco friendly compliant refrigerent, conforming to IS: 1391 (latest) with 5 star BEE rating including 3 mtr of Copper piping, standard length of condenser piping, Nitrile Rubber insulation working on 230 Volts, 50 Hz power supply, necessary fixing accessories like frames, bolts, nuts, drilling of holes in the walls of concrete/ brick work and making with good after insulation all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge List of Makes as detailed below:- (a) Voltas (As per Specifications at Appendix -A)) (b) Hitachi (As per Specifications at Appendix -B) (c) Blue Star (As per Specifications at Appendix -C) (d) Daikin (As per Specifications at Appendix -D) (e) Combination of any of the above makes to suit the site requirements as approved and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of 4KVA – 230 Volts, 50 Hz automatic voltage stabilizer with High/ Low cut off protection, with time delay, necessary mounting arrangement, cabling, plug top etc., complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Unistab/Keeline/V-Guard)

Supply, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of soft copper piping of following sizes duly insulated with 6mm thick nitrile rubber pre- formed section including fitting and supports etc., complete (This is over and above the standard length of 3mtr supplied along with item Sl. No. 1.00)

Supply and Laying 3Cx 4 Sqmm Copper flexible un-armed cable including necessary end terminations (Make: Finolex/ CCI/ Havells/ KEI)

Supply, Laying, testing and Commissioning of 25mm diameter HDPE drain pipe covered with 6mm thick nitrile rubber insulation including fixing accessories etc., complete. (Make: Supreme, Astral , Finolex, Prince, Sudhakar,Ashirvad, Aerocon HIL)

Credit for 1.5 Ton Split Air Conditioner obtained from item no. 1.00 above including removing of existing AC unit and necessary accessories and making good the wall complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
