Exterior treatment using chemical emulsion prepared by mixing chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate (1% solution) with water at foundation. The process involves drilling 12 mm diameter holes at 300 mm intervals to a depth of 300 mm or more, positioned close to the plinth wall. The emulsion will then be pumped into these holes to saturate the underlying soil at a rate of 2.25 litres per linear metre all complete including all materials and accessories as required for the purpose and to be executed fully as per the specifications.

Chemical emulsion treatment at the junction of woodwork and masonry walls to be prepared by mixing chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate (1% solution) with water. The procedure includes spraying at contact points with adjoining masonry, achieved by drilling 6 mm diameter holes and injecting the emulsion. The entire operation is to be carried out in accordance with IS:6313 (Part-III)-1981 specifications.

Conducting thorough inspection of the entire surface using random hammering methodology to detect delaminated or distended zones.Removing defective material progressively until a sound, compact substrate is achieved and applying calculated removal procedures to prevent propagation of damage and ensure controlled exposure of stable core material including preparing the exposed surface for subsequent repair or protective treatment.

Removing all dust, dirt and loose materials from the damaged concrete surface by maintaining the following procedure. Defective areas will be identified and carefully stripped until a sound, firm base is revealed. The damaged portions will be cut into a uniform shape, after which the exposed surface will be wire-brushed to ensure proper finish. All resulting debris will be cleared from the site, and the entire operation will be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing the Surface by appropriate polymer modified concrete (Horizontal Surface) : Preparation of surface as per need & demand of waterproofing with the use Sand, Cement and liquid elastomeric polymer along with glass fiber net . (1:1.5:3 ce/sa/down 6mm stone aggregate & 5% liquid polymer by weight of cement) Creaks should be repair by the same PMM concrete with glass fiber binder and with engineered micro fiber which is an unique triangular cross section and complements structural steel in enhancing concrete resistance to shrinkage , cracking and improves mechanical properties such as flexural/ split tensile and transverse strength of concrete along with the desire improvement in abrasion and impact strengths , undulations must be repaired with PMM.

Repairing the Surface by appropriate polymer modified morter (Vertical Surface) Preparation of surface as per need & demand of waterproofing with the use Sand, Cement and liquid elastomeric polymer along (1:3 ce/sa & 5% liquid polymer by weight of cement) Glass fibre net is to be used to bridge cracks and on the junction of old surface & new surface to avoid future deterioration

Providing waterproofing treatment over concrete roof after preparation of the under bed with cement concrete(1:2:4) or cement mortar as directed and installing a 3 mm thick, factory-produced plastomeric waterproofing membrane, compliant with EN 12311-1 and ASTM D 5147 standards. The membrane shall be manufactured using atactic polypropylene (APP) modified, premium-grade bitumen, reinforced with a non-woven polyester core of 160 g/m², and finished with thermo-fusible polyethylene film/mineral surfacing on the exposed side. Application shall be over a primer coat at 0.40 liters per square meter, on a smooth, clean, and dry substrate prepared as necessary. Overlaps of 75 mm along the length and 100 mm across the width shall be provided, bonded by LPG/propane torch heating, ensuring complete adhesion, elimination of trapped air, and proper sealing of edges into grooves. The work shall be executed in accordance with the Engineer-in-Charge’s instructions, inclusive of all materials, labor, and applicable taxes, to deliver a fully finished waterproofing system

Supply and applying a coat of anti-corrosive, good heat deflecting; air drying aluminium pigmented bituminous coating.by brush or roller. Form, Colour: Aluminium coloured liquid with silver lustre is used as an exterior protective coating on iron, steel, masonry and other surfaces. It is Used as a decorative and protective coating over tar and bitumen-based finishes to protect them against ultraviolet degradation. It is the recommended protective finish for bitumen-type waterproofing roof materials for better heat reflectivity.
