M & L for cement concrete type C-0 1:3:6 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, or beading for tiles etc chamfered at edges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ taking out existing hessian base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing the dismantled debris to a distance exc 200 m & not exc 250 m all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with mixed water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of Smart care damp proof of Asian Paints by roller/brush over a coat of primer with smart care damp proof 33 % dilution of Asian paints including preparation of existing surface by complete removal of existing treatment by means of chipping the surface to remove loose particles and mortar and clean the surface with wire brush and water wash etc including filling & coving with smart care repair mortar (wherever required), filling of crack filler with smart care crack filler of Asian Paints (wherever required) complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Asian Paints Smart Care Damp proof or equivalent as approved by GE).

M & L for repair of cracks by cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicryl-215 of STP Ltd/Rain coat 601 of DR fixit /Barrier coat of Araldite over a coat of respective primer including preparation of plaster surface by complete removal of existing treatment including filling of crack with respective crack filler all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain or corrugated steel sheets of any thickness in roofing all as specified and directed.

S & F pre- painted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 mm x 200 mm x 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat grey cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 to receive topping layer such as tiling/kota stone etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed (size of kota stone shall not be less than 60 x 60 cm).

Description all as per item No 40.00 above but as in skirting/Dado etc.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall/ ceiling and likes including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc any description including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :The rate quoted by the Contractor is deemed to include necessary scafolding and form works.

M & L for rendering 15 mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing all the rubbish as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding/ plinth protection and finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden/PVC/FRP chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame ), area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each including making good disturbed portion to match with adjoining surfaces and offering credit as per schedule of credit all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 46.00 above but not exc 1.5 Sqm all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden door / window /CB shutters of any description, area exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each and offering credit as per schedule of credit all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made PVC door frames of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube suitable for opening as per site condition complete all as specified and directed and shown on page No. 160 of SSR part-II complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick plain framed second class hard wood panelled factory made shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply with size of rail and stiles as per IS 1003 (Part-1), kin seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repairs MCB SPN, 6 to 40 Amps, 230 Volts, Single phase, 10 KA Capacity all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep, dismantling, replacing defective part, overhauling, cleaning, greasing, rewinding, etc and hanging up/ fixing back in the original position, connecting up and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: 1. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for minor items viz nuts, bolts split pin and rubber wheel etc. However capacitor & bearing shall be measured sperately under relevant items here-in-after. 2. Rewinding of fan will be measured and paid for separately under relevent item here-in-after.

S & F in repairs ceiling fan of size 1200 mm sweep assembling at site including electric connection from ceiling rose to connector with flexible cord twin core twisted copper of size 23/0.0076 and testing complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: Bajaj/ Usha/ CG/ Havells. NOTE: Old unserviceable Ceiling fans complete with down rod with blades will be deposited to MES store by the contractor for BER purpose.

NOTE: 2 runs of cable 4.0 sqmm and one run of 4.0 sqmm cable together will be measured as one unit length.
