TEAKWOOD SPORTS FLOORING LABO SPORTS TEST CERTIFY & EN 14904 CERTIFIED APPROVED finished with 21 mm thick , 55 to 85 mm wide and in random length in tongue and groove shape. The edges of boards will have a tongue and groove and the bottom side with air pass groove and treated with special antitermite and water reseistant lacquer. Under frame : - Made of pine wood runner 70x45 mm, treated with antitermite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 19 mm thick EPDM air cushioned pads, stapled through the two wings at 350 mm x 350 mm . Installation :- Sub floor treated with vapour barier to be placed on levelled IPS sub floor before laying under frame. The runners having air cushion pads to be placed on the vapour barier in perfect level at 350mm in one direction. The surface board to be screwed to be runner through the tongue only and will lock the screw tongue by the groove of adjoining board. End of the board will be locked by inserting the wooden finger through the edge groove and fixed with suitable adhesive. An espension of 8 to 10 mm to be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiles area/ walls. Finishing :- After installation the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level and finished with PU polished water based polyurethane lacquer. Game line mark to be carried out in required colours before applying the finshed coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and rushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 MM thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Aluminium dividing strips, 1.5mm thick, width of strip 38 mm inserted in position,conform to design complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new floor/hardstanding surface and applying two coat of Acrylic weather coat floor paint over a self priming coat as per folllowing working specification :- (a) Surface preparation : For fresh/new surfaces, strip all the loose particles from the surface with wire brushing and scrapping, followed by wipe down. Fungal/algal growth etc should be removed by wirebrushing. Wash down the surfaces with water and allow it to dry. (b) Priming coat : Apply one coat of paint by diluting the paint @ 50% by volume with water. Allow the priming coat to dry for 4-6 Hrs. (c) Finishing coat : Dilute the paint as per recommended dilution ratio. Apply the first finishing coat and allow it to dry for leatst 2 to 3 hrs. After the first coat dries, apply the second coat with same dilution ratio. Paint should be completely allowed to dry (for min 24 hrs) before allowing traffic. Mehod of application : Brush Application.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismatling and taking down of unserviceable sports/flood light fittings of any watt and any make and removing of dismantled material from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light points) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable single core 1.5 Sqmm for one light point controlled by one one way switch incl one PVC insulated, un sheathed single core stranded/solid copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm for continues earth wire drawn in and including rigid PVC conduit of 20/25 mm dia complete with all accessories including sheet metal MS box of suitable size of 1.2mm thick or PVC rectangular switch board of suitable size incl 3.0 mm thick laminated sheet cover and fixed with brass screws, cap washers etc for light point of heavy duty flood light to be fixed flushed on wall including white washing/colour washing/distembering to match the disturbed surfaces as directed by Engr -in Charge.

M & L Sub main wiring with two single core multistranded copper cable of 4.0 Sq.mm & one solid copper cable of 4 Sq.mm for contineuous earth wire both PVC insulated & un-sheathed drawn through and including PVC heavy duty casing capping 20/25 mm width complete with all accessories or to be fixed on wall respectively including white washing/colour washing/distempering to match the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of 4 Sqmm earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one run length.

Supply and fixing of MCB SPN 8 way DB made of sheet steel phosphatised, powder painted with bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and dinrail, 230 Volts with double door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, connection and testing MCB SPN 240 Volts, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4 mtr long GI tubing, light grade of size 20mm bore dia to be fixed on LT tubular poles with all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts including PVC flexible cable not less than 7.5 mtr length having stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm, 2 core alongwith copper thimbles/lugs passing through the GI tubing for making electric connection from junction box to security/street light all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of steel pole/struts of any size & type duly disconnecting all electrical connections including taking down cross arms / ACSR conductors etc. Complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position swaged steel tubular poles complete with GI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws and necesary fitting and fixtures for fixing of flood light as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long), complete all as directed by Engr -In-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches / duct / on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc of cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI Pipe, light grade of size 50 mm dia with fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles pipe bolts and fixing with above the wall / below ground etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- TATA/Jindal/Bansal.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exeeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches of cable or pipe lines etc or and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No. 30 above but for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5m.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23cm thickness and punned down gently to 18cm after laying the cable in trenches all as specified and directed. (Note :- Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid) .

Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base foundation of the pole of size 0.90m x 0.60mm x 0.15m all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth coping/collar above GL all as specified and directed.
