BED HARD :- S&F of 12mm thick ply wood commerical 6ply (single piece) after removing old damaged / sagged ply. Ply wood shall be fixed with proper worksmen ship to be properly fixed in the longrails and short rails complete all as specified and as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge. (Drg no. FD 246)

S&F long rail of bed of size 75x50x1980mm made out of 1st class teak wood duly wrought and ends slightly rounded off, made to shape including taking out the old broken/cracked raill all as shown on drawing and all as directed.

S&F stiffeners of size 40x50x900mm made out of Ist class teak wood, duly wrought made to shape including taking out the broken/okd stiffeners all as specified and directed

S&F in position head rest including legs made out of well seasoned Ist class teak wood frame, supply and fixing 4mm thick plywood one side teak faced on the frame including taking out the old broken/decayed head rest all as specified and directed

M&L for French polishing of bed after cleaing the surfaces (old or new) with sand/empty paper refiling the borer holes/cracks with putty (wherever required) applying the raw sienna/burnt sienna as per requirement, make the surface smooth again with sand/empty paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Removing old damaged cane plastic from the chair varqandha and cleaning the steel frame with emry paper and prepration of surfaces after appling one coat of prime whereever the paing is removed or frame is found rusted, applying two coats of paint white with proper worksmanship.

Welding to the broken or loose joints whereever it is required befor painting to the steel frame of the chair varandha

Recanning the chair varandha with 4mm wide cane plastic half round white colour in a pattern as described in the drg.

Retapping the chair varandha with 25mm wide tape near in pattern shown on der, the dead ends of the newar shall be tightly stiched with frame.

Painting one coat to the following items with synthetic enameled paint Ist quality (Shalimar /British) of shade as mentioned below with spray Gun both internal/External after removing the old paint, rust and dust with sand paper dents to be removed and preparing the surface smooth by applying putty and sand paper and certain other work as mentioned against each :-

Removing exising old/wornout/unserviceable nylon neawar type from charpoy GI pipe/ IP folding and tighening the frame of charpoy including supply and reweaving on top and bottom portion of charpoy with new nylon tape newar 50 to 55 mm wide virgine qulity (Kamal brand, Mangaldeep, Star brand) as approved by Engr-in-Charge, white of 1st quality weight of newar shall between 1.45 kg to 1.50 kg each charpoy and shall be closely woven as per pattern shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Removing existing old and unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fix new long rail of GI Pipe 32 mm bore medium grade ISI marked threaded at both end fixed in position complete all as directed and shown on drawing. (Drg no FD-220)

Removing existing old and unserviceable short rail of charpoy GI and fabricationand fixing of hosrt rail by cutting and converting from long rail obtained vide Srl item No 2 here in before threading both end complete all as shoiwn on drawing and as directed Engr-in-Charge. (Drg no FD-220)

Removing existing old and unserviceable legs from charpoy GI pipe and babrication and fixing of legs by cutting and converting from short rails as obtained srl Item No 03 here in before cutting and threading at one end and supply and fixing MS plate 3 mm thick, 40 mm dia by welding at other and of legs including provision of two parellel MS clamps made of 25x3 mm flat iron duly welded from MNF set fixed in position and painted with two coats of synthetic enaml paint black over coat of red oxide primer complete. Removing existing old unserviceable GI check nut from the frame of charpoy GI 32mm boreand supplying and fixing of new check nut, fixed in position all as shown in drg and as directed. (Drg no FD-220)

Removing existing unserviceabel GI elbow 32mm dia from the frame of GI charpoy and supply & fixing of new Elbow GI 32mm ISI Marked and fixed in position all as shown in drg as directed. (Drg no FD-220)

Material and labour for electric welding of long/short rails, legs of GI Charpoy frame of size 32mm and 25mm by continuous welding around with the joint complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Drg no FD-220)

Removing exising old/wornout/unserviceable 12mm thick ply top / MDF top from the top of charpoy GI 32 mm and replacement of 12mm thick plywood with single peice ply from long rail to longrail and short rail to short rail properly fixed by supply and fixing and make it fit with 6mm smooth head nut bolts with two nos washirs. (Drg no FD-220)

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 1,73,176.75).
