RequiredKitchen must be registered in the name of bidder / firm.

RequiredLocations to be supplied

RequiredThe Bidder / Firm who are in the business field of preparation of Cooked Foods / Hotel business / Catering preceding past 3 years with respect to last date of submission of bid are eligible.

RequiredThe bidder must have annual turnover equal to the estimated value i.e., Rs. 60,00,000-00 of the respective bid for the Previous two financial years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22 each year separately considered.

RequiredThe Bidder must have valid Trade License / License from Karnataka State / Central Government authority for preparation of Cooked food / Hotel business / Catering

RequiredThe Bidder must not have been Blacklisted from any Central Government / State Government / Public Sector Undertaking / Public Corporation / Government Boards.

RequiredThe bidder must submit IT returns of the previous two financial years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22 along with the audit reports.

RequiredThe Kitchen of Bidder / Firm should be located within 20 Kms from the Concerned Prison.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
