Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate,block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound all as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid only.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of exterior walls and applying two coats of antifungal exterior emulsion weather proof paint (Apex) over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing old plastered surfaces of exterior walls and applying one coat of antifungal exterior emulsion weather proof paint (Apex) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning including spreading , levelling , and well ramming for laying interlocking tiles including complete all as specified.

Material and labour for interlocking designer tiles with Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete solid building blocks PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar,complete, in walls as kerbs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and inany position not otherwise specifically provided for and facilitate to cut reinforcement as directed.

Material and labour for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Material and labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as landings, cover slabs (for man holes) etc., set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.
