M&L BHP (Bed head panel) 4 ft long made out of 1.6 laminated aluminium sheet die pressed in such a shape that looks good as per requirement.The modular medical turn king system/bed head panel: would be fabricated of aluminous die pressed 1.6 mm thick imported laminated sheet in such a way to provide 100% safe and efficient means to deliver all the gases as well as electrical to the patient/staff in intensive care conditions. To enclosed all piping, electrical wires, monitor wire ect it would be also 6AMP ELECTRIC SOCKET fitted continuously running on wall The design of modular BHU would consist of aluminum section to meet the requirement of HTM 2002, NFPA and other international standard. There would be no sharp edges having smooth finish and without any visible Reciprocatings etc.It would be have ability fix medical gas outlets, electrical sockets, 4 NOs it would be fitted with. The vaccant out let points would be coverded by dummy out lets as per requirement at site including necessary wiring from the nearest power point as composit item complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall include all above provisions.

M&L AUTOMATIC DUAL SUPPLY CHANGE OVER : SITC of automatic digital duel supply & one output oxygen gas change over, Made out of MS sheet dully powder coated, having independent pressure gauges showing incoming and outgoing gases status, with digital pressure reading and micro processed based pressure sensors, along with twin shuttle valve for auto changeover of gas along with 3 no isolation valve suitable for 500-1000 LPM of oxygen flow @ 4 bar max. In case of variation in supply/ delivery pressure the digital reading numbers become RED and in case of normal the same numbers remain GREEN. At the time RED there should be buzzer. Two no oxygen regulator should also be provided. The unit is capable for uninterrupted oxygen supply complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Oxygen base unit Oxygen Manifold 8 + 8 CE MRKED , comprising of the following:-

The oxygen manifold would be of above size of bulk oxygen cylinders. It is suitable to with stand a pressure of 2400 PSI. The main frame are made out of 50 X 50 X 6 mm angle iron and bottom frame of 20 X 20 mm ms square are install in such a way that the cylinders must be stage for use in upright position and are not fell down under any circumstances.

The gases passed through inter-connecting tail pipes duly fitted with suitable bull nose and nut adopter for cylinder valve and tube size is 10 mm OD Copper tube duly annealed having wall thickness 1.5 mm in spiral shape and the other end of the tail pipe are fixed with non-return valve. The non return valve are fixed in brass block of size 25 mm square vertically which are fitted with high pressure copper tube of size 15mm OD having wall thickness 1.5 mm. Both the arms of manifold further fixed in automatic control panel. All the joints of copper tube, brass block, and inter connecting tubes are welded with silver brazing. Pressure release safety valve also provided. The manifold is fabricated in such a way to give distribution flow of 1500 ltrs per minute. The manifold would be degreased and purged with inert gas before commissioning.The manifold would be enamel painted as per color code. All above work would be done strictly as per specification and entire satisfaction of engineer in-charge.

M&L Oxygen Emergency Point CE Marked : comprises of configuration for 02 nos cylinders and suitable withstand a pressure of 2400psi. This would be inter connected with high pressure, high flow, double stage control regulator duly fitted with cylinder contents as well as line pressure gauges of 50mm dial size including . Pressure release Safety valve in this system, for releasing pressure beyond 70psi The outlet point of pressure regulator would be connected with emergency point of oxygen pipeline with the help of inter-connecting adopters , complete all as specified and directed. .

OXYGEN CONTROL PANEL CE Marked FULLY Automatic Control Panel ( DIGITAL) with the following accessories:- (i) Electric audio- visual indicators for each bank status. (ii) Electrically audio-visual indicators at the time of changeover. (iii) Impact and weather resistance colored cover. (iv) Independent gauges and indicators. (v) Automatic change over from on line bank to reserve bank and vise versa. (vi) In built low-pressure audiovisual alarm. (vii) The control panel would be supplied as a pre-tested and pr-sated self-contained unit The control panel is installed in the middle of both arms of manifold and fabricated in such a way that it would withstand of working pressure 2400psi and test pressure would be 3500psi. It would also supply a flow of 1500 ltrs. Per minute at a pressure of 4 bar (60psi) constantly on either bank.

Supplying, laying or fixing, jointing and testing LT under ground electric power cable Crossed linked polyethylene ( XLPE Cable) insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, ISI-7098 marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of 240 sqmm 3 1/2 core ,complete all as specified laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts /in GI pipes etc.( Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/ tiles/ block,clamps, nuts , bolts, washers and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items ).

Returning ,filling in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.
