Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lift, suitable for serving passenger lifts, installed at Adm Building, Base Hospital (Make: M/s ThyssenKrupp Elevators (India), Ground + One floor (two landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device, capacity 2000 Kg complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) The above comprehensive maintenance shall be carried out through OEM (M/S ThyssenKrupp Elevators (India) only. The tenderer shall submit an intent of MOU from M/S ThyssenKrupp Elevators (India) for this effect along with Technical Bid (Cover 1), failing which, Financial bid of the contractor shall not be Admitted/opened. (ii) The contractor shall submit MOU and copy of Annual Maintenance Contract (With machine Nos of each lift) from M/S ThyssenKrupp Elevators (India) within seven days of acceptance of tender (As per Performa given in Appendix 'A' to Particular specification on stamp paper duly notarized), failing which the contract shall be liable to be cancelled on contractor's default. (iii) The contractor through OEM shall attend any complaint regarding emergency break down and rescue of trapped persons in the lift within Two Hour, failing which a penalty of Rs 2000.00 per complaint per Hour shall be shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. Any damage or loss on this account shall also bear by the contractor.

Cleaning of fuel tank made out of MS sheet of capacity up to 320 KVA DG Set of 500/1000 litre capacity approx by draining out fuel in a separate container, taking out all silt/ dirt, deposition inside the tank, cleaning it completely by manual labour and necessary T&P and refitting and connecting with fuel pipes with DG sets all as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Arranging fault locating machine & locate/Pin Point the fault in underground elect power cable of any length & any type of 1100 volt grade LT cables, including testing of the cable after repairing the fault, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Cable joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule (ii) If fault is not rectified within 24 hours after receiving Message, the contractor shall be levied penalty @ Rs-500/-per hour per complaint and the same shall be deducted from his payment.

M&L for carrying out load balance distribution on LT side by checking the existing load on the feeder (3 phase, 4 wire system) and accordingly shifting & connecting service cables to another phase conductor in accordance with balancing of Electric load complete all as specified & directed.
