Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix usin 40 mm HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,For Foundation

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc. complete.

R C C 1:11/2:3 mix usinig 20mm ISS HBG metal including all cost and conveyance of labour charges etc.,

Supplying and errecting for sides & soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Brick work in C.M 1:5 mix using country bricks incuding cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Paving the floor with scrach proof Design Nano vertified tiles of any colour and 600x600x8mm size laid in CM 1:3, 20 mm thickand pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/Sq m mixed with colouring pigments to suit colour of the tiles including finishing etc., complete

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification. )

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of iron vertical post made with ISMB 200 R.S Joists of 4.60m height and one number of 200 x 200 x 10mm size m.s plate is used on base plate and same is welded at bottom of the vertical post and one number of 10 mm size m.s plate is used as gueset plate is welded at top of the same post and necessary holes are provided at the base plate and gueset plate at an appropiriate places. the iron post is erected vertically in correct alignment position used with hydralic power crane and the post embeded on the R.C.C. Concrete bed and tightend with base plate in anchor rod using with heavy type nut. the rate including cost of materials, laboure charges such as cutting, welding, drilling, Power consumbtion charges etc complete., and the iron members are painted with one coat of anti corrosive at sincromat primer and with two coat of best enamal paint, and loading and unloading charges conveyance and any other I.C etc. complete., as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing colour coated galvanised sheet for roofing including all labour charges for fixing neccesary bolt, nuts, screws, "J" or "U" bolts etc,

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing with best shell lime two coats including cost and conveyance etc., complete

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
