M&L PCC 1:3;6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in steel chowkhats, hold fasts and bed blocks etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick flush shutters, solid core onstruction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, both face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing (factory Made) 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive gauge. (With sash bars ) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified.

S&F factory made wood grain printed (Prelaminated) solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes 19 mm x 19 mm having wall thickness 19 gauge for stiles. MS tube 15mmx 15mm having wall thickness 19 mm gauge for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded prelaminated colour PVC 'C' channel having 5mm thick PVC sheet strip 20mm wide struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and 5mm thick PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5mm x 2mm) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top and bottom rail. Paneling of 5mm thick prelaminated wood grain printed PVC sheet in lieu of plain colour to be fixed in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with 5mm x 30 mm PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solventcement complete all as shown in drg give on page 176 of SSR 2020 part II. The width of stiles and rails shall be as specified in para 8B.2.1 on page 145 of SSR 2020 part II. Each PVC door shutter leaf consist of 3 Nos 100 mm long stainless steel butt hinges. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made wood grain printed (Prelaminated) solid PVC single door frame of size 50 x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm prelaminated colour sheet reinforced with 19 mm x 19mm MS square tube having wall thickness 19 guge complete all as shown in sketch on page 150 of SSR 2020 Part II complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised powder coated window and ventilator shutters in three track sliding (whichever the case may be ordered to sliding horizontally or vertically) with two or more shutters with sliding arrangement with two or more shutter rubber beading and glazing clips using aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/M inclusive of 4.8mm thick selected quality glass for glazing with rubber neoprene packing, stainless wire cloth of wire 0.71mm dia and 1.18mm width of aperture, aluminium handle / handle slot, locking arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed
