Providing RCC of grade M-30 in superstructure wearing coat & approach slab etc. as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900, 1000, 1500, 1600, 1700, 2200, 2300 & 2700 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Deck Slab

Providing & laying of wearing course of 56mm thick consisting of 6mm thick mastic asphalt and 50 mm thick asphaltic concrete on top of the Deck slab. The mastic asphalt shall be of paving grade bitumen meeting the requirement given in the table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level & slope after cleaning the surface, applying prime coat & tack coat all complete as per clause 501, 502, 503 & 516 of MoRT&H Specification for road & bridge works (5th revision), followed by asphaltic concrete to be laid in two layers of 25mm thick each over tack coat etc complete as per approved drawing & technical specification Clause No 503 & 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road & Bridge work (5th revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, fixing in position RCC Crash barrier monolithic with slab M-40 grade as per approved drawings and Technical Specifications (Part I/II) Clause 809 section 800 & section 1000, 1500, 1600, 1700 with their clauses and sub clauses of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) and including full compesating to costs all operations, contingencies incidentals involved for the finished defect free item of work to specification and as directed by Engineer or his representative to specification.

Supplying of all types of structural steel conforming to Fe 410B of IS:2062, fabrication, assembling, erection / slewing / end launching of steel girders on sub-structure incl. one coat of Zinc chrome primdeer to IS-104 & one coat of Zinc Chrome Red Oxide to IS 2074 on all members, Rate include fabrication of all the types of batterns, bracings , ties, drifts, shop welds, templates, ligs, fixtures, back up supports, accessories, transporting various components from fabrication shop to site including loading, undloading, lift and taxes complete. assembly of girder's on drifts/bolts, field riverting/welding, assembling of temporary support for side slewing, raising of girders to the bed block level, providing sliding arrangements and slewing the girder in position, lowering of girder on bearing and bed plates. grouting holes in the bed block for fixing of HD bolts/anchor pins of bed plates, all temporary arrangements.

Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45 mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment , wingwall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Providing Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments, stone pitching in slopes and boulder apron of CD works etc with hard granite stone of size 30cm (minimum) and above and weighing not less than 40kg/each as per approved drawing and section 2500 (clause-2504) of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th revision) & including cast of all materials, labour, T & P , Royality etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing & back filling of specified materials behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 1000 & 2500 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying two coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescense and applying paint including taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Approach Road

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lead and lift, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per MoRD Rural roads Specification Clause 301as per the direction of Engineer in charge by manual means.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 500 mm below the sub grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirements of table 300 - 2 for sub grade construction & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works(4th revision).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 for low porosity surface and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providin & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision)

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concret with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all leads and lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour and all materials but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Retaining Wall and CD work
