OTHER M.S. ACCESSORIES 80mm dia 6 mm thick heavy duty M S supporting clamp with 2 nos. 12 mm dia 65 mm long bolts, nuts, washer on each side for holding Column Pipe.
80 mm dia Nominal size (PD) ISI marked Sluice Valves Pressure designation P.N. 1.6 with hand wheel for water works purpose, CI flanged type conforming to IS: 14846/2000 with amdt. No. 1 & 2 . The valves shall be tested for (closed end test) against Hydrostatic test requirement.
80 mm (NB) MS /GI ERW 90 degree Bend as per IS 1239 (Part-II)/1992 with latest amendment, both end welded with flange as per IS 6392/1971, Table-17 with latest amendments. Both bend & flange are duly ISI certification marked.
Lay Flat hose of 75 mm nominal size polyster reinforced lay flat hose (the hose should has, wall thickness 1.3 ± 0.3 mm working pressure 3.0 kg/m2 & brusting pressure (9 kg/m2). The Lay flat hose should have a standard length of 100/200 m roll.
Drilling Works- Drilling of bore hole of suitable diameter upto required depth by water jet system through any type of soil including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding, other tools and plants etc. and taking out same all complete and other incidental works in this connection. The bore hole shouid have minimum 65 mm gap in between outside of the tube well pipe and bore . I) For lowering 150mm. dia GI/PVC pipe
Labour charges for lowering of pipe, strainers, blank pipes etc. and fitting, fixing the same including cutting, threading where necessary complete including bucket washing and other incidental works in this connection. iv) 150 mm dia UPVC Strainer Pipe

Supply of gravel for use as pack in the tube well of 2mm to 4mm size (AS PER is:4097) for gravel treatment of tubewell including screening washing, cleaning etc. of the gravels at the site all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge . ii) For Site at any district of West Bengal upto 120km distance from quarry
Supplying, fitting and fixing including supplying of suitable jointing compound for fixing in position, threading, if necessary etc. all complete. a) 100 mm dia CI/Steel cutter piece upto 450 mm long with socket.
b) 100 mm x 150 mm UPVC reducing socket .
c) 150 mm dia GI threaded top cap fixed in position.
Washing and development by pumping with 30 cum per hour capacity pump for a period till sand free water comes out and the discharge is about 30 cum per hour, followed by final yield test; inclusive of all tools, plants and scaffolding and hire charge of submersible pump, generator etc. all complete.
Making arrangement and showing verticality test including cost/hire charges of necessary tools and plants, scaffolding, labour etc. – all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Charges for mobilisation of drilling equipments, tools & plants etc and transportation of departmental materials from sub-divisional store to work site and returning excess departmental materials if any, to sub divisional store after completion of work .
SOLAR PUMPING SYSTEM- Solar Module: Supply, transport, installation and commissioning of ISi marked Solar Modules as per following specification: 1. Cell: Indigenous mono crystalline silicon SPV cells 2. Solar Module: Monocrystalline cell with PERC technology/ module with bifacial cell. 3. Standards: ISi marked as per IS 14286 and having certification of IEC 61853(1), 61730(1&2), 61710 4.Modules must qualify to IS 170210 (Part 1) 5.Min. Efficiency: 19.5%. 6. Fill factor: More than 75%. 7. Module wattage mismatch in the SPV array: within ±3% 8. Wattage output warranty: Should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. 9. The power output of individual PV modules used in the PV array, under STC: minimum 300 Wp. Necessary test certificates also to be supplied. For detail information please see Cl. no. 2.1 of technical specification. d) For 5 HP Off-grid / On-grid Solar Water Pumping System with Monocrystalline/ Monocrystalline PERC/bifacial SPV modules - 5400-5800 Wp.
Module Mounting Structure ( For 1HP,2HP, 3HP ,5HP and 10HP Solar Water Pumping System): Supply , transportaton & installaton of G.I manual tracking/ Fixed structure made of MS hollow sections, pipes, plates, angles etc as per IS:4923, IS:1161/1239, IS:1079/2062, to hold min 300 Wp SPV Module as per drawing and specifcaton of MNRE . The steel structure is to be protected with minimum 80 micron galvanisaton(hot dip) and provided with fixed arrangement or dual axis manual tracking arrangement for three tmes in a day and seasonal tiltng are to be regulated to face the sun optmally. The apprroximate weight of the Module Mounting Structure given in technical specification Clause no.5.1 should be followed. For 5HP Manual tracking Structure- 2 nos. MMS of 6 + 4 / 6 Modules The weight of each structures should be approx. as follows Tracking Structure-350 kg-For 6 module structure and 280 kg - For 4 module structure

Cable and Accessories : Supplying, fitting and fixings of UV rated Copper Cable laid inside HDPE conduit and other accessories as per followings with necessary connection with the Solar PV Module, MPPT etc. i. 4.0 Sq mm single core multi studs - 5m(for 1HP/2HP/HP) & 26m(for 5/7.5/10/15/17.5/20 HP) ii. Earthing: Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe including excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming and connecting to individual structure to earth electrode including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.
a) Lighting System at Scheme: (with lighting Pole) : Dusk to dawn lighting arrangement of at 4 mts height above ground level, with Hot dip galvanised 80 mm x 50 mm , medium duty pipe, with 12 V, 15Ah 2-in-1 Lithium ion/ Ferro- Phosphate battery with in-built 7-11watt LED lamp , 50 Wp solar panel to cover the scheme area. The lighting system should be warranted for 5years from the date of installation.
b) Lightning protection (Pole mounted): Lightning protection with 3" X 1.5" G.I pipe of 6m + 1 m height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (Medium) 3.0 Mts. long and 1 x 19/10 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. including connection to earth electrodes with 25 X 6mm G.I strip. (Provision of one lightning protection for each scheme as per drawing)
Supply and installation of 3 phase AC electromotor pump-motor set with speed of 3000 r.p.m. (synchronous speed) suitable for Solar applications and shall have 60 months guarantee for the following conditions including loading, unloading, transportation etc. (Refer technical specification for for more detail) d) 5 HP 3 phase AC Pump-Motor set having discharge at required head as below- iii) Submersible Pump-motor set for LDTW ISI marked as per IS: 8034 with discharge of 7.5 Lps- 5.83 Lps at 30 mts.-35 mts. total head with cable(3m), cover plate, Socket, Flanged Nipple, Rubber Inserton, Nuts& bolts and all other accessories including transportaton of Bend, Column Pipes, cable, sluice valve, lay flat hose pipe etc. from Dept. Store to site within 100km.
Testing and commissioning of scheme after completion of all work
Comprehensive maintenance charges for 5 years(which cover monthly inspection, Yearly training to WUA, to attend breakdown within 3 days and to keep the scheme in operation without lapse of time). c)For5 HP both for Submersible& Surface pump Note:1 Total comprehensive maintenance charge is to be withheld in addition to Security Deposit. Comprehensive maintenance charges will be released @ i) Rs0.80 for 2 HP,ii) Rs.0.80 for 3 HP,iii) Rs.0.6 for 5 HP/ 7.5/10 HP/ 15/HP/ 17.5 HP and 20HP Submersible & Surface per Wp per year at the end of each maintenance period i.e.at the end of 1st year,2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year, 5th year. In case the "Bidder" does not provide service during the warranty & comprehensive maintenance period, the amount so held up will be forfeited.
Insurance @ 2% for Item No. 1,3,6a/6b and 8 covering a period of 5 years. Note:2 1st year's Insurance charge is to be paid on production of Original Receipt of premium payment. Remaining 4 years Insurance payment is to be withheld which will be released during 2nd, 3rd ,4th & 5th year on production of Original Receipt of premium payment. For Sl No-1,4,7,9
Supplying, fitting & fixing of MS Plateof size 20cmx20cm, 6 mm thick make of two halves(20 cmx10cm) placed over housing pipe of LDTW to rest the supporting clamps,with semi circlar hole of 90 mm dia at centre including locking arrangement between the two halves on both sides, including fitting, fixing of 25mm dia G.I. bend by making a hole on plate for passing submersible cable smoothly and complete in all respect.
Supplying MS Hexagonal Head Bolts & Nuts bearing IS-1363 (Part-I)/1992 of product Grade-C with latest amendments for bolts & ISIS-1363 (Part-3)/1992 of product Grade-C with latest amendments.
Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing,spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m.as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.(a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection complete as per drawing and direction.(a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor / upto 4 m. Campaigning in the command area of Clustered LDTW Sub-Projects by community workers for mass awareness, capacity building to achieve sustainability of Sub-Projects. Cost include wage payment to community workers, transportation, leaflet etc.
Meeting cost of WUA formation cost including Refreshment, training materials, transport local conveyance, wage payment to community worker, remuneration to resource person and incidental charges.
Registration Cost for WUA under suitable act(Society) deed writing including registration charge, conveyance cost & opening of Bank A/C etc.
Livelihood plan / Micro plan formulation cost for minor irrigation scheme, cost including refreshment, training materials, transport local conveyance, wage payment to community worker, remuneration to resource person and incidental charge (rate on meeting).
Meeting and onside demonstration for operation & maintenance of scheme, water management and made of collection of water tax building of corpus fund etc.
IEC Materials (leaflet, poster, notebook)= 8meetings for Sl-2 and Sl-4.
Documentation Cost for activities of WUA scheme- by still photography, report booklet etc. in both hard and soft copy.
Impect study and monitoring of scheme by site visit of 2 Community workers during 3 years’ period.
Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifying the exact location of MINI RLI scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm x 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding LS and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and words - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of E.I.C.
