Dismantling cement conglomerate/terrazzo floors 25 mm to 50 mm thick including concrete base as per HSR item no. 8.26

Providing and Fixing Vitrified tiles of sixe 600 X 600 mm pf approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand morter 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixd with pigment to match the shade to tiles as per HSR Item No. 14.89.

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 X 600 mm of approved make in skirting/dado laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. As per HSR Item No. 14.90

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to I.S 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-In-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with greycement slurry, icluding pointing in white cement mixed with pigmnt of matching shades complete.Size of ceramic Glazed tiles 300 X 450mm as per HSR Item No. 14.92(b)

Pvdg & Fixing ceramic tiles/anti skid tiles of size 400 X 400mm or above size of approved make in flooring, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 m thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as per HSR item No. 14.91.

Scrapping of white wash and colour wash as per HSR item no. 8.32

Preparation of plastered surfaces for oil bound distemper including sand papering the surface, applying one coat of linseed oil and filling wih approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete as per HSR Item No. 16.52

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacturer) two coats over one priming coat on new work as per HSR Item No. 16.58

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion as per HSR Item No. 16.79(b)

Painting two coats with ready mixed paint in all shades on old wood work to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint as per HSR Item No. 16.6

Deodar wood chowkats of doors and windows including iron hold fasts, corner starps screws, bolts for hold fasts, etc. complete fixed in position. as per HSR Item No. 17.10

Corrugated G.I sheet roofing .80mm thick fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks, 10mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete, excluding the cost of purlins , rafters and trusses as per HSR item No. 13-18

Factory manufactured wire gauzed door and window shutters of comm. hard wood such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplash, etc. (non-coniferous timber other teak conforming to IS specification No. 1003, kiln seasoned) with 100 mm wide vertical styles, 150mm wide lock rail 200 mm wide bottom rail and wire gauze of 140G or 120G designation including cost of iron hinges, screws, chocks/cleats, stops nails, etc, complete fixed in position (excluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position) 75 mm thick as per HSR Item No. 17.92(ii)

Wire gauze fixed on chowkaths with 25 mm thick cover moulding of full width of comm. hard wood such as hollock, champ chikrassy and chaplash, etc. (non-coniferous timber, other than teak, conforming to IS spec No. 1003, kiln seasoned) as per HSR Item No. 17.33

Laying and Fixing Granite stone in all shades 15mm to 18mm thick in skirting/dado, risers of steps, pillars and wall facing laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite including labour for fixing cramps, pins and dowels etc. as per HSR Item No. 14.95(a)

Providing and Fixing in position 1533 i/d CP brass bib cocks of best quality(as req by the Engineer-in-Charge) as per HSR item No. 30.75(c)

Providing and fixing in position best quality stainless steel sinks with complete fittings as fully described. Size 530mm X 450mm X 175mm as per HSR Item No. 30.53(b)

Providing and fixing in position CP brass stop cocks(as approved by Engineer in Charge) as per HSR Item No. 30.76 (b) 20mm Stop Cock as per HSR Item No. 30.76
