Supplying Installing Testing and Commissioning of following size/ capacity solar water heater, Circulation type Thermo Siphon, Evacuated Tube Collector or Manifold type Solar with provision of electric Water Heaters system with storage tank body of Stainless Steel (1.5 mm thick for 500 LPD & 0.7 mm thick for 1000 LPD) insulated with high density PUF/Rockwool Insulation of 50/100mm, Vacuum Tube Inner Diameter: 47mm, Vacuum Tube Outer Diameter: 58mm with all other accesseries like mounting stand etc. i/c electrical connection, fixing at site complete with its all accessories as per site requirement along with 3 years warranty on SS tank etc. from the date of commissioning as required.

Supply & Fixing of Heating element of 3 KW capacity as a backup heating source in Solar Water Heater suitable for operating on single phase AC supply.

Providing and fixing of following size G.I. pipes on surface complete with G.I. fittings like bend, tee and fixing clamps etc. along with insulation of Nitrile rubber (closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of class ‘O’) of 32 mm thickness complete the same as required.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Internal Work-Exposed on walls.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure with plastic floats complete as required.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (12 mm dia)

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 milli amperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply of PVC insulated PVC round sheathed copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable (multicore), 1100V conforming to IS:694/ 1990 with latest amendment of 03 core x 2.5 Sq.mm in size.

Dismantling of existing installed solar water heater including deinstallation of water pipes of all sizes, water storage tank, mounting accessories etc. at FTC second floor of all capacity & size and shifting to AAI stores in complete as required.

Dismantling of existing installed solar water heater at NIAMAR of all capacity & size including de-installation of water pipes of all sizes water storage tank, its all mounting accessories etc. and shifting to AAI stores complete as required.

Supply & fixing of weatherproof Plexo box of 4 modules ( can accomadte 4 poles of MCB) of IP 65 certified of legrand make or equivalent.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of all 10 nos. installed Solar water Heater of capacity all capacity and type 500 LPD & 1000 LPD i/c replacement & supply & fixing of all defective parts like tank, tubes, body etc. in complete as required
