Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new CPCB-II compliant 3Phase, 415V, 50Hz, 400KVA Silent Diesel Generator Set comprising of Engine, Alternator, STD AMF Panel, Base Frame, Fuel Tank, Batteries, CPCB approved Acoustic Enclosure having following specification and engine should not derate at 50Deg C ambient temperature.

Engine: a) Make: CATER PILLAR/VOLVO/PERKINS b) BHP - Minimum 480BHP Prime Duty c) Aspiration - Turbo charged air to air cooled d) No. of Stroke / Cylinder - 4 Stroke/6 Cylinder in line e) RPM - 1500 f) Battery - As per manufacturer standard. g) Type of Cooling - Water/Liquid cooled. h) Air Intake System - Air intake manifold with air airfilter system. i) Exhaust System - Provided with turbo charger & residential exhaust silencer with flexible bellow and companijon flanges insijde the acoustic enclosure. j) Coupling & Flywheels - Befitting coupling with single bearing system. k) Lubricating system - Provided with Oil Pan, engine mounted lube oil pump and lube oil filter along with first fill of lube oil. l) Fuel System - Comprising of manufacturers standard fuel pump with electronic governor, 24V Solenoid coil and replaceable fuel filter. m) Starting system - 24V DC Electric Start. n) Engine Protections - Low lube oil pressure/high coolant temp./over speed.

Alternator a) Make: Stamford/Leroy Somer/Crompton Greaves b) Rating - 400KVA c) Type of Alternator - Brushless, self excited & self regulated. d) Voltage Regulation - ±1% (max) in static condition. e) Overload - Permissible overload of 10% for 1 hour in 12 hours of operation. f) Protection - IP-23 protection with Class-H insulation. g) Enclosure Type: SPDP

Base Frame Common MS Channel fabricated base frame, primer coated & painted, containing the engine and the alternator mounted through AVM Pads.

Fuel Tank Minimum 600Ltrs detachable tank built inside acoustic enclosure complete with drain valve, air vent, inlet & outlet connections, fuel gauge.

Acoustic Enclosure Specially designed to meet stringent MOEF/CPCB Norms of 75dBA @ 1Mtr. At 75% load under free field conditions. The Acoustic Enclosure is made of CRCA sheets and structural sheet metal base frame painted in black. a) High quality noise absorbant and fire retardant grade acoustic insulation material (PU Foam/Rock Wool complying to IS:8183. b) Two point lifting for easy handling at customer site. c) Designed to have optimum serviceability. d) Air inlet louvers specially designed to operaate at rated load. e) 9/11 tank pretreatment process and UV resistant Powder coating of all parts to withstand extreme environment. f) Use of special hardware for longer life. g) Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel. h) Fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure.

AMF Panel Floor mounted AMF Control Panel fabricated from 14SWG CRCA sheet and powder coated after 7 tank treatment process. The panel comprises of following items :- a) 630Amps, 4Pole, 50ka Microprocessor based EDO type Air Circuit Breaker for Mains & DG with all protections. b) Inbuilt By-pass Switch with Onload changeover system of 630Amps. c) Required Add on Blocks for ACB d) Required 6A-SP & 16A-DP MCB of 10Ka e) Indicating lamps 230V AC (LED type) - Mains ON (RYB), DG ON (RYB), Mains Load ON/DG Load ON f) Push Button - DG Start/Stop, Breaker ON/Off g) Aux. Relay as required. h) 3Phase Voltage monitoring Relay. i) ON Delay Timer, Coil voltage 230AC j) Auto Trickle & Boost type Battery charger, 24V k) Microprocessor based AMF Controller having all inbuilt display features for engine & alternator and protections for Engine & alternator. l) Aluminium Bus Bar of rated capacity and size m) Hooter for engine & alternator shutdown features. n) Make - OEM Make.

Note : a) Efficiency not less than 90% b) Warranty - 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever is earlier. c) Test Certificates of Engine & Alternator should accompany the Bill. d) Scope of work - Placement of DG Set on existing foundation with testing & commissioning including supply and pouring 200 litre HSD in the fule tank at site.

Rates to be quoted will be inclusive of all the taxes incl. GST. No other additional charges will be applicable in addition to the quoted rates.
