Annual Maintenance Contract for electrical work for colony staff quarters including street lights and non residential buildings in CSIR CSIO Colony Sector 30 Chandigarh

Sub Head-I :- Man Power Note: Before Quoting the rate, contractors should ensured that Per Month Rate for Item No. 1.01, 1.02 and 1.03 should not be less than Rs. 102876.00, 94734.00 and 88062.00 per month, respectively, as per statutory requirement as on 31.03.2026. This is the minimum estimated saturatory requirement amount for compliance of the labour laws, which is based upon minimum wages declared by DC Chandigarh for the F.Y. 2025-26 + EPF @13% on Rs. 15000 + ESI @3.25% (If applicable) + Bonus @8.33% (If applicable) + @1% labour cess + GST@18% but without contractor's profit. Further, the contractors are advised to quote their rates based on the current applicable DC rates notified by the Chandigarh Administration, applicable statutory requirements, if any, and contractor’s overheads and profit over the minimum statutory amount. Note:- The payment on account of enhancement/ reduction charges on account of revision in wages by DC, Chandigarh Administration or change in current norms of PF/ESI/Bonus etc, after date of reciept of tenders shall be payable by the CSIR-CSIO to the contractor as per contract coditions .

Deployment of Electrician - 03 Nos. for day to day general repair & maintenance of the Electrical Installation, power distribution system, fitting & fixture, security lights, electrical panels, electrical operation, upkeeping of residential and non-residential buildings area in CSIR-CSIO campus area as and where required.

Deployment of Assistant Electrician (Technician Gr-II) - 03 Nos. for day to day general repair & maintenance of the Electrical Installation, power distribution system, fitting & fixture, security lights, electrical panels, electrical operation, upkeeping of residential and non-residential buildings area in CSIR-CSIO campus area as and where required.

Deployment of Semi Skilled Helper - 03 Nos. for day to day general repair & maintenance of the Electrical Installation, power distribution system, fitting & fixture, security lights, electrical panels, electrical operation, upkeeping of residential and non-residential buildings area in CSIR-CSIO campus area as and where required.

Sub Head-II :- Supply of material Following material will be supplied during the execution of maintenance work (to be used by the above stated deployed man power) from time to time as and when required.Specification and make of the material will be used as per annexure attached.
