Earthwork in post holes of not exceeding 0.50 Cu.m each and getting out in dense/hard soil including removal of earth from the site and filling the low lying area near by.

Earthwork excavation in hard/dense soil in trenches width and depth not exceeding 1.50 m and getting out

Material and labour for sand filling under foundation , flooring etc, including watering and consolidation.

M & L for P.C.C 1:3:6, B-1 type using 20mm graded aggregated in foundation, grouting of steel structures.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix 20mm graded aggregate in pre-cast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts struts etc., for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 100 sq cm and not exceeding 250 sq.cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitered tops as directed and fixed.

Material and labour for providing reinforcement cement concrete in footings, piles, plinth beam with cement concrete B1 Type 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm graded aggregated.

Material and labour for providing reinforcement cement concrete in column, pillars and struts with cement concrete B1 type 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm graded aggregated

Material and labour for form work to sides of concrete foundation, bases of column, beam sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams

Material and labour for form work to RCC members such as columns, pillars etc

Supply and fixing of twisted MS Bars 10mm dia Fe 410 or higher grade and over , cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spiraling for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS Wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Material and labour for deformed or twisted mild steel bars 6 mm dia, Fe 410 or higher grade and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips

Supply and fixing of mild steel angles, rod and flat bars and bolt nuts using posts and struts and for stiffness in fencing and gate including cutting tops to shaping drilling holes.

M & L for painting to steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparing new surfaces.

Material and labour for chain link fencing made of 8 gauge G.I. wire with 3" aperture and height as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of exterior emulsion on external wall surfaces (two storey building ) all complete (MAKE:- ASIAN paint (Premier),NEROLAC, BERGER) (or) Suitably equivalent make.

M & L for framed work as in doors or gates of angles of Fe 410 or higher or other section with gusset plates,rails, braces etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coverings, gates including hanging or sliding all complete.

Dismantling RCC post embedded in concrete any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

Dismantling existing damaged steel structure by gas cutting of the damaged structure and handing over the same to CE (estate) stores.

Returning / refilling of soil / loose including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm.

Removal of excavated soils exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500mm and depositing where directed.

Removal of bushes/shrubs around the type III blocks to facilitate the provision of fencing works
