(Upto 2m depth)

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement and trenches with FILLING M.SAND in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 (One cement, five M.sand and ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION and flooring including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:3:6 (One cement, three M.sand and six aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION and flooring including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, strutting, cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Foundation and Basement

Ground floor

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RECTANGULAR COLUMNS top and bottom slabs of boxing sunshades etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Column & Sunshade

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel / ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, and including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.sand) using best quality II class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm (9" x 43/8" x 23/4") including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost.)

Foundation and Basement

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.sand) 10mm thick, including hacking the surfaces, curing, neat finishing etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in position of CONCRETE POSTS of size 0.10m x 0.10m to a height of 2.70 m height in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) and 4 nos.of 10 mm dia main rods and 8mm dia stirrups at 110 mm c/c spacing, curing, finishing, moulding to required size and fixing with proper alignment, finishing using country wood planks, scantling etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of approved quality of CHAIN LINK of size 2" x 2" using 10 gauge galvanised iron wire (all sizes) for tying in the pattern as per the drawing supplied using 18 gauge G.I. Wire / Binding wire etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and ixing of GI barbed wire of 2 ply 4 pronged of 10 gauge including necessary cutting, tying, bending, cost of binding wire etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three M.sand) 20 mm., thick in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

WHITE WASHING TWO COAT using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of white cement and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder).

PAINTING OLD IRON WORKS with two coats of synthetic Enamel paint of approved quality and colour over ONE COAT OF PRIMER with approved quality of red oxide primer. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the deprtmental officers.(The paint should be got approved by the Departmental officers. before use on work)
