Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n. exc 1.5 mtrs wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in deep for foundation of poles, stays, cables pipe etc and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, of excavated soil in trenches incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each layers n. exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread river sand to required width at bottom and top for cable cushioning all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR part-I (Note : thickness of sand will be measured after punning)

Supply and lay common burnt bricks of sub class B old size laid at right angle on the cable complete in trenches for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabrication, errection testing and commissioning of raising and lowering type 16 mtr high galvanized mast suitable for 9 lanterns symmerticaly fitted along with their control gears Flag Mast Pole Top Diameter- 150mm, Bottom Diameter - 540mm Base Plate Pick Circle Diameter (PCD) 540mm (Inner Diameter) X 650 mm, Outer Diameter 750mm, Base Plate thickness - 30mm, service door size 300mmx540mm Auto timer control panel and having tow point suspension systems steel wire 6mm dia double drum winch trailing cable (PCP EPR) galvanized lantern carriage arrangement suitable for mounting 9 luminaries symmetrically and lightening arrester S&F feeder pillar having ML-4 timber MCCB 63 Amp TP for automatic operation. Falg mast pole shaft thickness bottom 5mm, middle 4mm, Top 4mm and 1.5/2 HP 3 Phase motor double drum heavy duty, 6mm S S wire rope 31 Mtr x 3 Nos, incl Aviation light & dome The MAST shall have integral type power tool at the base compartment for its operation. Mast shaft shall be in two section hold dip galvanized inside and outside in singel dip suitable for wind loading as per IS-875 part 3 including M&L for construction of suitable shallow foundation for high MAST with M-20 grade concrete considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 Ton/ Sqm at 2 mtr depth including provision of suitable size and number of foundation bolts alongwith nuts, washer anchor plates and templates as per the drawing and specification of manufacture of high MAST system.

Supply Laying jointing and testing LT under ground cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips armored electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor LT grade 1100 volts grade and cross section area 25 sqmm 4 core.

S&F LED flood light 150 to 170 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm burried directly in ground vertically at depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt earth lead GI wire by 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, chec nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel ane thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe light PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 & RCC cover and all as shown in elect plate No 5 of MES schedule Part I of 1991, complete all as specified and as directed.

MCCB 4 pol 415 volt fixed type 12 to 63 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed MS sheet encloser suitable for 12 to 63 amps MCCB, complete all as specified and as directed.
